"Egyptian Magician" by Jaffa Project (DJ Neerav & Olivier Abitbol) is a deep-cut Goa trance gem, originally released in 1996 on the Rabtu Gawa – Paradise Trance compilation. The track blends mystical Middle Eastern melodies with hypnotic, evolving rhythms—classic ingredients of the late-'90s psychedelic sound.

This early project from Neerav and Olivier laid the foundation for later explorations, particularly through Olivier’s future work as Virtuart, a key figure in shaping the French Goa trance scene.

Goa-Trance project formed in 1992 by 3 French producers. They became known for their first two goa trance albums  "Delta Aquardis" from 1995 and " Violent Relaxation" 1996. Serge Souque left the group in 2000 and continued his career as The Antidote, an alias that was used for some Total Eclipse tracks in the '90s. Loïc Van Poucke left the project in 2004 leaving Stephane Holweck as the only remaining member.

His first contact with trance music was in 1999 when he was fascinated by the music. After couple of years he started making his own music - and InnerSelf project was born. He released his first EP for UAF Records. After a greatsuccess with his first EP he continues to work with some other labels and he produced couple tracks on several compilations : track ''On The Wild Side'' was released on V.A. Modra Zora ( Cosmic Flower Records ) ,track ''At The Edge Of The Universe'' was released onV.A. Pantheon ( NeoGoa ), track ''The Story Of Milky Way'' was released on V.A. Rajanga for japanese Rajas Records, V.A. Solar Love ( track Magnetic Field Lines ) and on V.A. LSD Connection ( track Shifting Reality ), V.A Call Of Goa ( track Hidden Worlds ) for Ovnimoon Records V.A. Turlitava ( track Life is only a dream ). He also made some colaborations with some other artists like New Born ( Cronomi Records) from Israel and also some new upcoming colaborations . Under the same name, InnerSelf made some chillout and downtempo tracks, latest track is released for one of the biggest labels for psybient and downtempo music - Canadian ALTAR RECORDS, track Rise Of The Earth Keepers.
In the meantime, another chillout/experimental project is born - Far Beyond
