The Verb EP connects with our core affiliations of House Music, combining classical elements like vocal samples and hooks, along with warm basslines, into a sparkling atmosphere and fresh interpretation. “Get Me” is without a doubt the track that received the most spins at Dixon's and Âme’s latest shows. Nevertheless, “Stronger” and “Blue Zone” are energiser and great examples of how these classical elements can be worked in a way that expresses a new and exciting touch to the scene.

The EP kicks off with "Silvio," featuring a rolling bassline reminiscent of the disco edits from the 2000s, like "Je Dàvu’s – Limitiert #9" or Rub n Tug’s classic edits, yet with a remarkably wild touch that gives the track its unique character. "Aus Music" might already be familiar to some from Dixon’s Cercle set and is, without question, a standout. It combines clever production with a certain spice that makes it a special companion in your usb stick and disco bag. Finally, "Mulher Gato" rounds out the EP, providing a fitting conclusion to a release that is set to resonate long after the last note.

Launching on May 16, the imprint’s inaugural release sees the two label founders join forces with UK band Throws to reimagine their 2016 album single “The Harbour.”

Echonomist and Jenia Tarsol launch their new label ‘Flying Hearts’ as a space for creative freedom, emotional storytelling and genre-blending sound. With a deep respect for musical heritage and a passion for pushing things forward, the label offers a platform for timeless ideas shaped through a modern lens.

The first release is a collaboration between the two founders and the UK band Throws titled “The Harbour” – an evolution of a track from Throws’ self-titled 2016 debut album that they've long cherished and a natural continuation of Echonomist and Tarsol’s previous work together on "The Happiest of All Memorial Days." It sets the tone for what the label stands for: music that carries feeling, memory and intention.

Each release will be accompanied by a portrait of the artist – capturing not just the sound, but the human connection behind it. For this first chapter, the visual is a photograph of Jenia and Echonomist the moment they first met: a spontaneous hug, caught by a photographer at exactly the right time. That image now becomes a symbol of what the label represents; authenticity, connection, and shared experience.

This isn't just a label – it's a space where music and memory meet, one release at a time.

Joining forces to create a visionary electronic record label that blends innovation with a deep respect for the roots of electronic music, Flying Hearts celebrates versatility, providing a platform where timeless influences meet bold, forward-thinking ideas to shape the future of sound.

Focused on fostering creativity without limits, the label embraces a wide spectrum of styles – from melodic, emotional compositions to daring, experimental productions. It serves as a cultural hub where music, storytelling and design converge, creating a space for artists to push boundaries while staying connected to the essence of their craft.

With Echonomist and Jenia Tarsol at the helm, this imprint aims to craft a legacy of timeless releases, cultivating a global community of artists and listeners who value both innovation and authenticity.
