Lacy Hawkins is the Founder and General Overseer of Church of the Latter Rain. Dedicated to serving the Lord in the manner the New Testament Church established, Brother Hawkins strives to love all by creating an atmosphere that invites people from all walks of life to enter and worship the King of Kings. has continued riding and training horses throughout his life for recreation. He no longer rides at this stage of his life, but he enjoys going out to the ranch and interacting with the horses, as well as sharing his knowledge and love for these beautiful animals with family and friends.
