Formerly M.A, Guizzi & Fontaneto is the name of the project, based in Milan, curated by Marco Guizzi and Luca Fontaneto.




After a decade spent in the post rock scene, with heavy affiliations to kraut, dub, drone music, shoegaze, ambient   with the FOG IN THE SHELL quintet (3 published albums and an infinity of shows inside and outside Italy) and after having explored different sounds under the most different pseudonyms on various labels, the two rediscover their long and passionate love for polyrhythm and dance music.


Luca and Marco have collaborated in the last years with some of the most interesting contemporary realities, such as Lobster Theremin, Lyssna, E-Beamz, Cognitiva.

Their sound sweeps between rarefied atmospheres and rhythmic overlaps, combining their visceral passion for house music, techno, digital dub with certain ambient suggestions.


Respectful of a certain tradition but without being caged by nostalgia, Marco and Luca are looking for a modern and personal approach, combining past and present in something exciting.



In their sets they prefer a rawer mixing style, promoting a musical research that makes both the savvy listener and the most demanding clubber feel good.
