Made in collaboration with Mike Diamond. We started this one in LA, on a day where we only had a few hours to come up with something. Time was against us but we had this loop ready to go, Mike (Diamonds) added beats and started chopping things up in a couple of hours. Just as a last touch we decided to add some special Digitalism distortion (yes we know, you'll be asking, what is this? But it's like a good batter, the only way to find out is to taste it). And then we got this!!! Like the other two tracks it has become a staple in our sets.

The 'Lift EP' will be pre-released for DJ's August 23rd courtesy of Beatport and then available world wide from September 23rd.

Here's an official remix I made for the German Tech-House producer Stimming. It's coming out on a charity compilation by Diynamic Music which includes remixes by Cassius, Kraak & Smaak, Hot Chip, Digitalism, Gui Boratto and many more. Had a lot of fun remixing this track as I was a huge fan of the original ever since it got out like 5 years ago. I'd describe my remix as kind of a Funky Tech-House vibe with a touch of Nu Disco. Hope you guys like it. Special thanks to F.A.Q & Eric Mendelson for slaying their guitars on this one.

Circling into a deep and nebular Winter

The Swiss have it good on many fronts, but when it comes to dance music, there’s only one name on the block and that’s Cadenza - the brainchild of the world renowned Luciano. Local boy Mirko Loko is one of the label mainstays, and was part of their roving Vagabundos this summer in Ibiza.  With a second album coming early next year, you can sample his groove laden house via his remix of Luciano’s ‘Rise of Angel (out now on Cadenza) or his forthcoming remix of Banana Lazuli on Visionquest. Alternatively, just dive into this epic set recorded at D! Club, Lausanne, at his recent visit and enjoy the almost two hour ride.
