We are so excited to welcome Melbourne- based dj, radio host, curator and label head @pjenne to our mix series. 

Pjenne is at the forefront of the Aussie underground scene, a true visionary! Her sound takes many forms and genres but she crafted a unique style that is very much of her own. If you haven’t already listened to her beautifully curated radio show/mix series Passing Notes we highly recommend.  

 “This mix is a live recording of (most of) my set at @terra-obscura-london in London in April last year. I played from 12-2am after Slowfoam and before Oma Totem Live - a time in the night where Ormside projects was transformed from 'soft furnishings' to club. I think the mix represents the music I played a lot across my tour last year (and probably won't stop playing), with an additional emotional sprinkle that was inspired by the work of @avsluta and @aliciasteanson. <3”

Opening this edition, Aerae delivers a mix carved from deep, droning layers and cavernous resonance. Fresh from a recent release on Samurai Music, it’s an hour that feels subterranean and immersive, vast spaces where weight and motion coexist.
In the second hour, label co-founder Moysantana takes the reins with a set that is looping, trance-inducing, and lysergic in flow. Round, rattling grooves rise into towering structures, gradually unfolding into a hypnotic trip that bends perception while keeping the body in motion.

Producer and owner of the ‘dark arts’ label, an imprint committed to releasing deeply arresting electronic music aimed at the dancefloor, Stu’s productions as S.Crosbie have found a place in the record boxes of the most discerning DJs and fans of the scene. Just ask the likes of DVS1, Answer Code Request, nd_baumecker and the Ilian Tape crew, 
Described by DJ Magazine as ‘one of the most consistent techno projects out there’, clubs such as Berghain, Panorama Bar, Tresor, Corsica Studios and Fabric have felt the effect of these vinyl-only releases
Stu’s work has led to releases on several renowned labels – the likes of UK powerhouse Weapons of Desire, Italy’s Where We Met, EYA Records and Elliot Project
In recent years, his productions as Bespoke Cutter on the Novac label have also gained support from those seeking a more abstract sound on the dancefloor. 
An experienced DJ, Stu’s journey behind the decks started at London’s legendary Blue Note and has taken in some of the most revered UK clubs and festivals over recent years. 
What you can expect is long, subtle transitions across a set of hypnotic late-night techno and electro.
