Transmit's label captain Boris spearheads a milestone release bound to lift any dance floor in the air this winter. "Hard Drive" is a journey commencing with a crystal-clear sounding original mix. Energy loaded balance between percussions and vocals that make you want to scream out loud. Mladen Tomic's interpretation of Hard Drive replaces some of the energetic charge with irresistible groove, formulated by era-erecting claps and hihats. This changes completely with the remix of The Junkies. The vocal becomes distant and an atmospheric echoing pad fills the room with a disturbing notion. It is in that moment when you realize that you have been in the club for quite some time, and it is already the transition between the peak time and the afterhour. Hard Drive inevitably sends you home with much to think about.

It’s time, once again, to get into the MOOD. Our driver for the label’s latest shady soiree is the boss herself: Nicole Moudaber.

Currently cruising on the trip of her life (literally – she’s just passed her race driver test), Nicole is wrapping up 2015 at unfathomable speeds right now. Fresh from her legendary ‘Breed’ collaborations with Skin and remixing Pan Pot, Scuba and recently Black Asteroid all within the last three months, Nicole unleashes her first solo triple-tracker in a long time…

‘Silent Sigh’ commences the adventure with an unhurried build as each bar sees a new space age texture wrapping around her stoic kicks. Gradually the elements disappear until all you can see, feel and hear is black. Stark designs twist through the ether from left to right then boom: an even darker, sub-laden kick pressure ignites from nowhere. Trust us, this will do more than make your dancefloor sigh…

We proceed with intimacy as Nicole persuades us to ‘Move A Little Closer’. The beats underpin her whispers and do well to magnetise, but it’s the gradual ice blast pads that really allure. Building and building with ageless progression, the big pay-off comes with one of the most delicious, almost cosmic, breakdowns Nicole has ever crafted.

MOOD now fully established, ‘Own’ has the honour of closing the show. Relentless kicks and a scratchy snare paint the backdrop for bold splashes of colour as eastern vocals ghost through the spectrum weaving mystically around Nicole’s signature insistent percussive dynamics, escalating into shamanic oblivion.

Matt Sassari's first EP for Stereo Productions titled La Queen EP. Matt's has a unique way to produce blunt and elegant Techno. With a clean and well-structured composition where percussion and basslines are sturdy and compact, always filled with the right elements in the right place creating an intense atmosphere, his style is unmistakable. 
La Queen opens the EP with a thundering kick drum and dark percussion, balanced with the organic and processed vocal in the way to insulate the track, peak time bomb. Second is the frantic and growing tension of "Roi Perc" that packs in rubbery textures and hypnotic FX. Building with perc rolls, unnerving vocal bursts, and synth notes, each bass drop grows with impact and the dancefloor intensity increases.
Matt is a very well respected producer, and his music can be found on best Techno label including SCI+TEC, Tronic, Bitten, 1605, Intec, Kraftek among many others. And let's not forget that he is young, we're faced with the future French Techno reference.
