Young Hook is a talented rapper hailing from Boston, Massachusetts. Known for his lyrical prowess and unique flow, he has quickly made a name for himself in the hip-hop scene. Hailing from Chicago, IL Cleveland Johnson IV came into rap simply to help his cousin improve his beat making and engineering. After getting a taste of what it felt like to record and hear feedback from people he knew he wanted more. He took on Yung I.V. as his persona and began to take writing and the recording process more serious. After the release of his mixtape The Playmaker he and his cousin BKeys/Bonafide moved out to Los Angeles to learn the ropes and push their brand and label Bonafide Majestic Music. Since the move Yung I.V. released his first EP Wake Up which show the growth and improvement of an artist finding his way in his own music and in his own style. With the music of trap beats and real lyrics the project really made you want to Wake Up! In February 2019 he and BKeys released Twin Cousins an album featuring the two of them blending their styles of music together to make a movie. With the upcoming release of his next EP due by the end of the year Yung I.V. comes with a summer hit Can’t Deal Wit Ya to get the summer started off right!
