I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. DHP HPD MNCH
I maintain three  relaxed friendly clinics in Manchester , Whitefield and Hale. 
I use the Solution Focused model of hypnotherapy which is a simple and modern hypnotherapy technique.

This approach differs from other methods of hypnotherapy by identifying the presenting problem and positively and efficiently assisting change. I work with clients with Low Self Esteem and Confidence issues. Clients who are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Insomnia  and Stopping Smoking. There are  many other areas that can be addressed  with hypnotherapy resulting positive and effective results.
