"I started this adventure back in 2013 as a creative outlet of sorts - a way to work with my more "experimental" ideas. The Aurora Principle has since become my main creative focus, and I couldn't be happier about it. I've truly fallen in love with music-making all over again. Whether it be crafting delicate drones or structuring complex melodies, I take immense pleasure in each step of my production process. Though it can be frustrating sometimes, knowing that I'm part of something so incredible gives me a real sense of purpose. " 

And the Waves Washed Over Me" is, if nothing else, a perfect embodiment of my passion for experimental production. Its elements were prepared, rendered, fed into a granular resampler, edited, recorded, processed, and re-arranged to create something completely different."

How do you sound today?
Have you ever thought that we can sound differently depending on our physical and emotional state? We merge with music, we become music, but we are not a whole piece, we are a note. I am a note in the piece of music. But, if I'm a note, what is a piece? Whole life? If we assume the possibility of reincarnation, then each new life is a new piece of music? Or maybe each new piece is a different life situation? However, it does not matter. In each piece, we, like notes, play a different meaning, even if we produce the same sound. Much depends on our environment: somewhere we stand out, somewhere we get lost and we are not heard at all. Perhaps it is important to create a silence around you, surround yourself with a few notes as possible in order to hear yourself, to hear how you sound. Moreover, by creating a silence around us, you can hear a note that sounds beautiful to you. A note that complements you, and you complement it. You sound beautiful together. You become not just a note, but together you become music, a piece of music. So, how do you sound today?
