Without Further Ado  i bring to you this months Artist Highlight Dread Maiden.

Our FIRST female Bass Monster Feature,
An alchemist of deep, rolling basslines, euphoric sweetness, and bone-rattling jungle beats. Dread Maiden's aural journeys draw inspiration from the ebb and flow of progressive metal, psychedelic rock, dub, and drum and bass, with a goal to manifest eclectic mixes of light and dark, high and low, she takes listeners on captivating voyages.

Dread Maiden has long been a passionate supporter of the Australian drum and bass community. She co-hosted the Cabin Fever Sessions on Orbital Radio from 2021 until 2023 and is the driving force behind Newy Bass Crew.

She has also featured at NSW's Zenith Gathering Festival, Dragon Dreaming Festival, Basscamp and Subsonic Festival and WA's Rain Dance Festival alongside some of Australia and the worlds best underground acts in drum and bass, psytrance and more.

It's week 9 of hello world and I think this will be the last one for the moment as I need to start working on the live show and finishing off a bunch of tracks! Has been a lot of fun doing these weekly drops, and will definitely return to it at some point in the near future :) thanks for tuning in!

insomniac aka honnez rvtk is a jungle - drum & bass dj and curator of the Italian Alps based collective named Revoltekk [RVTK]. He’s a lifetime music lover and his set spirit crosses many genres from 140, deep, tribal, to neuro and tech influenced bass music. As a local promoter he developed different party series like the TINNITUS, SQUARE or BASSILIKUM projects and was one of few to ignite the southtyrolean scene. 
The last 10 years honnez developed an urban HUB with a proper Club venue, shared spaces and apartments in an old fascist military barack named BASIS Vischgau Venosta and KASINO. Together with his team and passionate friends he hosts local, regional and international artists for music exchange, inspiration and incubation. In the idyllic alpine landscape of Venosta valley people love the quality of nature, food and the focus-retreat aspect.
From the early 2000s till today honnez met a lot of true friends in the international circus and he achieved worthwhile reputation!
