This mix is a live recording of Wendy’s opening set from the second ‘Familiegilde’ party, a DIY concept born in the summer of 2024. The idea is simple: good friends dancing to great music and having a great time together in the undisturbed nature on the outskirts of Copenhagen. The set is a trippy 135 BPM journey, moving from minimalistic sounds to a Goa trance selection that emphasizes dynamic and syncopated grooves.

Within Aotearoa’s psychedelic circles, Ikona needs little introduction. A steadfast vessel of sound with a vision wholly his own. Master of sound design, modular synthesis, and live performance, he’s inscribed his name deep upon the walls of the scene.

Project “Insomnior” is a collaborative venture between Hei and Ray, serving as a creative exploration where controlled randomness meets generative soundscapes deeply inspired by the themes of insomnia, intertwined with a psychedelic edge. Their sound design delves into an atmospheric world filled with shadowy undertones and a sense of mounting pressure, conjuring an auditory journey that feels at once immersive and otherworldly. 

The result is an entrancing fusion—hypnotic in its delivery—merging ambient textures, layered delays, and rhythmical intricacies. Each composition weaves together contrasting yet harmonious elements, ranging from sparse, metallic resonances to richly organic acoustic tones, carefully crafted to evoke a boundless, void-like sonic landscape.
