Wow, Ozora Festival 2022... What an incredible experience. Located in Hungary during the first week of August, it was one of the highlights of the 2022 festival season. After a 2+ year pandemic that caused the cancelation and delay of almost all musical gatherings across the globe, 2022 marked the return to dancefloors again, and we were once again able to reunite with old friends, and make new ones.

I was both excited and honored in late 2019 when I was originally asked by the Ozora organizers to DJ the main Ozora Stage. And after waiting 2.5 years, I was finally able to experience one of the best DJ gigs of my life. It happened on August 2nd, and lasted 90 minutes, from 11:30am to 1:30pm,  and it was something I will never forget. Performing on that stage, to such a huge crowd of thousands of smiling, energetic psytrance fans, I had a blast the whole time. If you were there, I hope you enjoyed yourself. Digital Om Productions present RAVE NINE. Rave Nine is a project by Paarth Agarwal, from New Delhi, India. Paarth’s musical journey started almost a decade back while doing his MBA in Toronto, Canada, but fate had a different plan for him. He fell in love with the art of psytrance. He feels honored to be officially signed to one of the top labels in the game, Digital Om and Next Generation Music. Over the years, he has released on record labels such as Digital Om, Tesseract Studio, Expo Records, Techsafari, Next Generation Music (brand new label from Digital Om) and many more. Rave Nine is a cross between Full-On and Progressive PsyTrance. He feels uplifting melodies are an essential part of his tracks, while still keeping his tracks on the darker side of the spectrum. He also likes to experiment with Indian and Arabic sounds to give some ethnic feel to his tracks. In the future, expect some fresh music that may defy most of the existing psychedelic subgenres... Happy New Year Psytrance fans! We're back for the next episode of Fractal Frequencies podcast! The last 8 months have been absolutely full of back to back adventures. First off we got married! Then traveled to Own Spirit and Boom Festivals for our European Psytrance Honeymoon. Sending lots of love to Camp Denmark for making our trip so special<3 When we got back it wasn't long until we flew to the UK to check out the Nano Records Label Party. After that, it was a long and crazy move from Sacramento to Phoenix and then insane hours with the new promotion at work. All really amazing things that had taken me away from the studio but the long wait is over :) I've put together a fun mix of some of my favorite releases over the past 6 months followed by a pumpin guestmix by Celestial! Hailing from the capital city of California, Inspector Gadget is powered by psychedelic trance. California-based artist Garrett Tolari got his start mixing magical melodic and psychedelic trance at Burner parties and forest renegades. He discovered trance music in San Francisco in 2017 and quickly fell in love with psytrance. The deep connection he felt with the musical elements soon led him to start mixing his own magical patterns of melody with progressive and deep bass lines. His inspiration is drawn from artists such as Perfect Stranger, Astrix, Out of Orbit, SOME1 and Captain Hook; he is especially passionate about progressive and psy-techno. His sets often blend psy-tech, dark prog, progressive and full-on, to create an electrifying energy that fills the dance floor.
