When I was at my sickest, the one thing that never left me, was the willingness to fight for what I believed was possible. I knew that being sick was not who I really was. From being bedridden, and sick as a dog for years and years, I was tired, yes. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, but I was never ready to quit. There was something that was driving me, that was letting my spirit shine through. Something was telling me that there was hidden truth, and that I could wake up to a different reality, and I did.

Hilde Larsen, known as the one who Inspires, is the CEO and founder of https://inspiredbyhilde.com/. 

She is a certified Health and Mindset Coach, an Author, a Keynote Speaker, Detox Specialist, Raw food Teacher and Life-Enthusiast. Her glowing enthusiasm for health and vitality has the leading role in her work. Hilde Larsen writes articles, have her own blog and YouTube channel. 

She is the author of three published books: From HELL to Inspired, Know The Truth and Get Healthy, and No More Bullshit. She creates online video programs and has her own membership site, The Inspired Members. Her interest in healing and spiritual growth also led her to become a Reiki Healer. She is highly intuitive and has a strong connection to Mother Earth and the spiritual world. Born and raised in Stavanger, Norway, she and her husband of 30 years have a second home in Florida, USA. 

She is a proud mother and grandmother, and a tree hugger at heart. Called by nature and spirit, she is inspiring many to take back their power, and to live a healthy successful life doing what they love. Hilde now spends her time traveling between Norway and Florida, speaking, and appearing on different media as the Inspired health and thought leader. She is the authority in her field that has walked her talk. She also values the time with her clients, and her time in nature with her closest family and friends. In her first book “From HELL to Inspired”, Hilde shares her full story. A heartfelt gripping journey about her struggles from bedridden to living her dreams. Her second book "Know the Truth and get Healthy", is a step-by-step guide to true health and vitality. The third book, No More Bullshit, challenges the reader to dig deeper into lives meaning, revisit some old patterns, and learn how to let go of false beliefs and old programming. A book that makes you think and seek your truth. 

Her career started as an interior architect, CEO of her own founded company Kolage, designing cruise ships and hotels. Being athletic all her life, she was the co-owner of an aerobics and spinning studio for many years. She closed her interior design and building company, in 2004, due to her severe illness. She then went on to studying journalism and was guided to the path of healing and regeneration.

After many years of constant suffering, in 2004 Hilde Larsen was forced to close her interior design and building company Kolage. She had been diagnosed with Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and told she might be bedridden permanently. Instead she went on to studying journalism and was guided to a path of healing and regeneration. Hilde is now a certified Health and Mindset Coach, an Author, a Keynote Speaker, Detox Specialist, Raw food Teacher and Life-Enthusiast. She also writes regularly including a feature spot as a Contributing Writer for Wake Up World, has her own blog, creates content for Youtube & Soundcloud / iTunes, has developed online programs and maintains her own membership site, The Inspired Members.
