He has been passionate about bringing personal development to his town of Stamford, CT, through events like A to B Con 2 (April 2023), the A to B Conference (May 2022), Map Your Way to Financial Freedom (October 2021), and a combination of both In-Person and Virtual Speaker Schools. After being the youngest voted on Golf Digest’s Top 50 Trainers in America List in 2019-20. Brandon decided to shift his focus from Fitness to Personal Development with the intention of growing together with as many people as possible. Future-Proofing Success: Protecting Your Digital Assets – Michael Duffy

To THRIVE in life involves being conscious of where one is and where one wants to go in all 10 domains in ones life wheelhouse – Health and Wellness, Vocation/Career, Finances/Money, Relationships/Marriage, Family, Friends, Recreation, Community, our Physical Environment and lastly, our Spiritually. I want to convey a message of not just maintaining a baseline level of health but actively pursuing a state of flourishing and vitality. I will touch on the 4 Stages of Competence as well.

Many people when they think of “health and wellness” think of food, exercise and maybe some quiet time. Health in and of itself is our whole Self, our holistic Self. Although eating to nourish the body is key and so is exercising, there are other health and wellness factors that come into play that I will share. One of which is letting go of something that doesn’t serve you.

To ACCELERATE is to take a proactive and efficient approach to health and wellness, emphasizing the adoption of strategies and practices that can expedite positive outcomes. I will share what has worked for me that caused the acceleration in my journey to completing my first triathlon.

I will intertwine four talking points: not giving up, letting go of what doesn’t serve you, getting centered and making a firm decision for what it is you would love for your life.

I will intersperse personal stories to grab the attention and emotion of the audience, as it relates to these talking points.
