It rapidly clicked and in 2019 we organized an event series at Das Werk Vienna : DRUM x NON FUNXION produced some magical clubnights! After more than 20 years in the game Albert keeps working things from different angles, lately his entrepreneurial mind and relentless creative drive led to a couple of jaw dropping AV installations performed from Amsterdam to Kyiv.

This recording is an excerpt from a set he played after I-F at Plan B Eindhoven on 26.10.2019 showcasing his brand of sophisticated Techno music.

As the rave culture begins in Ciudad Juarez in the early 2000’s, Barbara gets involved at the age of 16 in the electronic music scene with promoting events and DJing. From there, she grows into one of the city’s most important DJs, even being seen as one of the true pioneers of the Mexican scene.

Her fine taste in music and ability to read any crowd have led her to play in different cities all over Mexico at clubs such as The Hardpop, La Santanera, Bar Americas Club 01, as well as various countries including USA, Canada, The Netherlands, Italy and the UK, with performances at clubs and radio stations like Spuistreet Records Radio, Open Source Radio, Modulate FM UK and House Nation Amsterdam Prison Radio.

As a producer she has been signed by labels like Innocent Music, Not Allowed, MusicIs4Lovers, Zebra Records, Totoyov, Conceptual Records, Vandalism among others. In 2019 she launched her own vinyl & digital music label Borderline Black Records which is a rapidly growing platform where both upcoming and internationally renowned artists can display their talents. I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access.  Don't be mad if I have not replied to your message in the past two years, that's because I never got them ; ) ... You can always reach me here though.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
