Fade continue to impress with their early run of releases, and behind this latest one is boss Joran van Pol, who calls in long time friend Whyt Noyz for a remix.

This new project from van Pol comes after amassing a fine discography with releases on labels like Minus, Rejected, Sci+Tec and Ideal Audio. As such he has the support of all the big hitters who often reach for his tunes and as a DJ he is just as in demand, with key slots everywhere from Space Ibiza to TimeWarp all behind him. 

This EP was written in a new studio in Amsterdam which has given him fresh impulse. The title 'Meta' refers to the abstract sound of the track, it's abstract indeed, with industrial noises and alien lifeforms detailing the stripped back and dry techno grooves. It's one to get into your head in a dark warehouse and is a fine opener.

The top remix comes from Whyt Noyz, who will be the next artist to release on this label. His back catalogue takes in essential labels like SCI+TEC and Minus and his fresh remix here really impresses. Dry hits, spaceships taking off and sweeping white noises blasts all make for a tense and atmospheric techno trip.

The alluring 'Estimate' is another widescreen techno roller devoid of human life, with machine sounds, clacking metallic hits and turbulent synths all adding up to an eerie bit of sonic landscaping that is designed to lock in big crowds.

One again FADE and van Pol have come up with some stark and standout techno sounds here.

Gero Jansen is a German artist making his return to Intec following previously featured as a remix artist on Harvey McKays release on the label in 2018. Now back with a solo two track EP of dark and thumping techno, he has also featured on other imprints such as BluFin and Cristian Varelas Pornographic Recordings.

Having made music since the young age of seven years old, he has graduated from playing instruments in bands, to composing techno tracks in a dark and pounding style that he has made his trademark. Having been into electronic music since the '90s, Gero Jansen has already proven himself as a DJ in his home city of Karlsruhe and its surrounding areas.

This release is testament to Carl and Jon's devotion of discovering and championing fresh talent, many of whom in years to come will no doubt become future stars themselves.

The title cut Changing opens the EP and uses a vocal sample hook of a phoenix changing. Its stabbing chords combined with a rumbling bassline and tense strings give it a ferocious sound hammered home by the hard hitting kick drum.

Track two Hypnotic and as its name suggests the groove is hypnotising with a flickering lead sound and fast flowing percussive rhythms. Dark atmospherics add to the building intensity as the tracks momentum builds with an energy perfect for peak time plays.

Christian Smith teamed up with Drunken Kong to deliver a storming three track EP. 'Why Are We Here?' is a driving peak time track with an infectious vocal sample and a Laurent Garnier inspired synth line. 'XS' is slightly more serious and has a darker vibe. 'Hikari' finishes off this EP with a more musical and warm analog vibe.

Demuir marks an inaugural release on Hot Creations with High. Alive. And Dirty., a
diverse four track EP made up of all original records.

The EP opens with Santa and The Elf. A penetrating bassline ratchets up and down, as horn
like synths whir occasionally in the background, alongside tassel-like hi-hats. Up next, the title
track High. Alive. And Dirty. provides stunning contrast. A happy, funk-fuelled number, the
track incorporates disco elements with “positive and soulful vibes”, before Rawness - Beat 3
features a “raw native structure”, bongo sounding drums and tropical vocals to from a well-
rounded, feel-good record. Eerbawdy Wants to Deeezsko rounds off the EP in fine form, with
more disco elements and chiming, emotional keys.

Canadian-based Demuir is a distinctive talent in the electronic music sphere. A prolific
producer, Demuir has already made a home on labels including I’m A House Gangster as well
as Cassy’s Kwench Records, whilst he is soon set to release on Loco Dice’s iconic Desolat
imprint.

Darren Emerson was the first to discover the talent that is DYSART when he signed him to his label Detone, and after that it wasnt long before Dense & Pika made him a main feature on their highly acclaimed Kneaded Pains imprint.

DYSART also featured on Intec in 2018 when he dropped the Forza EP which was a popular release leading to this highly anticipated follow up from the talented UK producer.

Along with Production and Djing, DYSART also founded and runs the London based Scrutton Street Studios which is used by many global artists ranging from Dave Seaman to label boss Jon Rundell plus many more

Days Go By opens the EP with a thundering kick drum and trippy vocal textures that drive the track forward with devastating force. Bursting forth are the explosive bass stabs and other dramatic sounds that add to the peak time energy of this cut.

Deep Roll keeps on the same dark vibe with a juddering low end and mechanical off-beat rhythm. Full of things that go bump in the night, there is an unnerving intensity that subdues only for the pads of the main break down and before hammering home with another percussive onslaught.

Milk It crackles with distortion and a muffled vocal that give the track a distinct personality. Stripped back with minimal sounds, the track is anything but small with each of the parts having a monstrous presence in the unfolding carnage of this DJ weapon.
