James D is a self-made DJ and Music Producer from Washington, D.C., now based in Europe. After his university studies in Political Sciences and Philosophy, he began his real musical journey. He releases music on IAMT, Voltage Records, Dolma Rec, Hydraulix, Renesanz, Layer 909, Hi Tek Records, Natura Viva Music, Mazzinga Records, Oscuro Music, and many others. In October 2019, he began his own Techno Event and Art Exposition program Nocturne Number, hosting parties at only premium underground venues with guest artists like Skober, Oscar Escapa, G8, Disscut, and many more to come.

The hypnotic driving force of title track “Lost Light” induces an ecstatic unilluminated state. Atmospheric stomper “Byzantium” lays out a path of chords causing dark chills. Leading to the progressive, pulsating force of “Tethra” causing a melancholic rupture. Keep an ear out for this one!

### About Me ###
I'm a music-lover. I have no special genre I listen to, so you can find almost every kind of it in my stream in form of monthly playlists.
From time to time I'm doing the DJ's Job on friends house-partys and also try to create songs by myself (more or less successful).
Since May 2015 I finally started to put some of my mixes online.

### Monthly Playlists ###
Over the month I listen to the Music coming in via my streams and pick the songs I like. At the end of the month I will try to publish a playlist with all the music in it I think is worth listening to (in my personal opinion). There might be some delay in it due to [PUT SOMETHING PLAUSIBLE IN HERE]. Long time listenes might notice, that I changed from weekly to monthly playlists. This is due to being heavily involved at work, such that I have very little spare time, as well as that I want to provide you the best song I pick up during a month.

From time to time I try to mix a few songs together, in order to have an hour or so of uninterrupted music. Ther result might not be high tier, but be enough for you to enjoy. If so, feel free to check out my mixes here on soundcloud and on mixcloud via the link below.
