Behind GI.O’s project, Giovanna Fonseca is an artist who’s driven by the strong passion she has always had for music, and now is currently living in The Netherlands, improving herself constantly.

With a strong influence of Techno and Trance, the DJ mixes acid, danceable, heavy and fast-paced sounds in attempt to create an unexpected and enveloping atmosphere.

She is currently a resident of Ciclo Coletivo, Zians Music and co-founder of CH4OS Rave (all from Brasil), and also exploring the european scene, where she has been showing her work and personal essence.

The 3rd episode of the inTension Podcast is an absolute banger - super excited to welcome https://soundcloud.com/acidasian to the show!

Most recently, in 2022 he performed at the first edition of @kntxtmusic, at Arca, in Brazil at the invitation of @charlottedewittemusic. That same year he was the first artist to release on Charlotte De Witte's sub label, RPMX, his first EP "Break Into Acid".

Fábio Seiki aka Acid Asian, born in São Paulo in 1997, was introduced to Acid Techno in 2018 by one of his greatest inspirations, Charlotte de Witte, and since then he has been diving into this style adding other references such as Hard Techno and Industrial Techno to his repertoire.

There are several documentaries and sets on Youtube that also inspire him on a daily basis, but he also highlights the Taiko, a traditional instrument from Japan, which was part of his life for eight years.

In his productions he uses elements of acid with a well marked kick, along with percussions, which are usually inspired by taiko, and elements of drums to compose the music.

His career began in 2020, in which he had his first performance at Aftermemes in 2021, which opened doors to play in other relevant cores of the scene and even led him to the Pulse-T agency, where he is to this day. In addition, he has already played at Club Vibe, Jacundá Festival and D-Edge. He had sets recorded for groups such as Clube dos Lenhadores, Mind The Gap and Coletivo Hangover.

Scepticism is an upcoming producer and DJ based in Cologne, Germany. He started producing music in 2020 and released his first EP just a few months later. Since then, he is constantly refining his sound which evolves around harder techno at its core, but is heavily influenced by different genres and styles, such as industrial, 80’s wave music, hard groove and ambient/experimental.

Regarding his live performances, Scepticism continues to pursue his eclectic approach to the harder techno sound with only one objective: raising the energy level!

Born in Bucharest in 1993, Alexandra Milea, also known as Allexandra, is an artist who reflects the feminine Romanian side with a mix of her Berlin roots.

Since she was a child, the piano had always been a soulful attraction for her, which led her to enroll in an arts school. Although she also had a strong passion for rock music, she eventually transitioned to rave music after moving to Athens at the age of 15. After years of raving, Alexandra finally discovered her true dream was to pursue a career in the Techno music scene as a DJ and Producer. Upon moving to Bonn, Germany, she realised that hard work and perseverance would be necessary to break into the competitive world of Techno music.

So, after moving and meetings in lot of cities like London Hamburg or Berlin, the experiences and discoveries about Techno and electronic music made Allexandra starts in 2019, a music developing project called Ritm. With a lot of support from her friends and especially from the 3LEMENTS team, she was able to perform and bring her project in city's like Paris, Bucharest, Zürich, London, Hamburg. This moment marked the ambition and passion of following only one way in her life, a way finished into an electronic music artist career.

Welcoming Tao Andra as the 44th guest on the inTension Podcast!

The Romanian artist synthesizes her hyperactive yet sensitive personality into her music, ranging from high-energy to dark and groovy Techno.

Her musical journey began in the Netherlands during her university years, where she became completely immersed in the Dutch Techno scene. She describes that experience as, “you feel like you’ve been roaming around all your life and all of a sudden you find where you belong. It was all about the music.”

She started collecting vinyl and spent a lot of time at record shops in Amsterdam, teaching herself how to DJ. A common trait in her life, many of her skills are self-taught. Techno resonates with her hyperactive personality and sensitive nature, which is reflected in how she builds her sets. The musical journeys she creates are always a mix of high energy, groove, and emotional moments.

Her recent release, “Gracias a la Vida,” gained global attention after Indira Paganotto played her track at MainStage Tomorrowland. In the aftermath, Andra has been featured in Rolling Stone, CNN Latin America, Rock & Pop, and La Nación.

Tao Andra has brought her timeless sound to many corners of the world, from Brazil to Australia, Germany to India, and Albania to Chile.
