After 5 years of producing in all kinds of genres, he finally found his own sound at the start of 2022. It was when he discovered his love for Techno. My debut track was released on T78's Autektone label! Expect many releases in 2023!

RUL3 also started DJing in 2022 and has already been able to play at a number of great venues! Like his debut in the infamous Techno club, John Doe in Amsterdam.

Do you believe in conincidences?

I don’t - anymore. I used to believe in conincidences but I’ve learned that everything happens for a reason. And that everything in life happens for you, not to you.

So, I have been busying myself with the idea of an remix album of classic tracks of mine for quite some time. But I struggled with the selection of tracks and which remix artist to pair with which track.  Until certain people entered my life. Some of them I only „met“ through their music on social media and never in person, others I met briefly, like in a car to a festival and some I started to hang out with and they became real life friends. All of these people connect with my music and I feel drawn to their music and in many ways we insprire each other.  As a natural result this remix EP took shape and I am excited to present it to you. The record contains four remixes of tracks from my back catalogue that cover a period of 20 (!) years, from my early days on Bush in the mid 90s to my first label Spiel-Zeug Schallplatten in the 00`s up until now, where I run Electric Ballroom from Berlin. Returning back to the club this coming weekend is one of Sweden's strongest talents, Pär Grindvik. A long standing fixture in his locale, Grindvik has worked his way up through any role he could fit himself into starting out in the city's record stores in the 90's up to founding Stockholm LTD in 2002; he's an artist that comes with bags of enthusiasm that comes through in earnest in his many DJ sets. 

His latest long player Isle Of Real revisits the formative times in Grindvik's career, taking points from the 90's era techno that he was immersed in during that time. It's a sound that we can firmly get behind and that echoes within this exclusive mix he has shared with us to get us amped for his incoming set in Room Two this Saturday night.
