For this weeks podcast we've invited the Irish-born Berlin-based duo TheLoopmasters, consisting of DJ Speed & DJ Frequency. The vinyl enthusiasts have been close for quite a while, which led them into birthing their cooperative project 'TheLoopmasters' (alias for playing together) / Loopmaster Records (name of the label earlier this year. Their sound, as you could might guess, is focused on providing the infinite loopy side of techno.

Following the release of their 'Lost Notes EP' in November, The Groove Room are back with a mix that encapsulates how their well-known sound is evolving. Influenced by elements of Dub, Tribal, Hypnotic & the classic sound of the 00s, their mixes and productions contain many colours and has shifted towards one that is harder hitting.

The Manchester based duo took their music across European waters last year, making their debuts in cities such as Stuttgart, Dublin & Berlin whilst sharing lineups with the likes of @baugruppe90, @specific-objects & @dissolver.

In this mix, you'll find some new productions from themselves sprinkled throughout as they line up for the next round of new releases, including some on their own imprint.
