Over the last couple months I've been tediously piecing together every line of this brand new remix of one of my biggest inspirations in electronic music - Opiuo.  I'm very pleased to finally be able to share it with the world.

This mellow yet sophisticated track subtly evolves itself line after line into something new and unexpected with its psychedelic-dub beat that melts together with bits and pieces of several different Opiuo tracks from various albums, including the songs Spanner, Trout Snout, Kaya Project, and Panty Slingshot. To celebrate the premiere of the newest Intermixture single "A Greater Reality" this monday, I'm finally making available a special unreleased track that's been tucked away for some time!

Originally called Cap Mucher, Map Cruncher marks the first joining forces of dub electronic artist Push/Pull and Intermixture.  After completing it in 2012, we sat on it for the next few years and only played it at select live performances. Two years later I'm excited to make it available and to see the response it gets!

A mind-mingling journey of sounds reminiscent of insatiably groovy trip-hop, twisted glitch-hop, psyfunk, or whatever genre it fits, you decide! Tell us what you think.

The middle and climactic point of the album, Liquid Fidelity was the longest track and the most difficult production on the album. Featuring a balance of grungy, punching basslines which flutter alongside rich melodic ambient sounds and harmonies, and end with a very unexpected throw down.  Too much to say - so simply share it on, pass it on!

My new track off the new Shanti Planti compilation.  Transporting us to vibrant new depths in the ever-expanding world of psychedelic music, Shanti Planti’s mind-bending “Rhythm Code III” is a chimerical and mesmerizing exploration of dream, memory and the influence of sensation upon the mind. Conceived by an artist collective united across the globe by its hallucinatory and hypnotic approach to high-tech sound design, this curated compilation album draws upon primitive roots to create an intoxicating blend of sounds that refuses to be contained to a single genre. 

From start to finish, listeners are guided across the sonic sphere in an sensory dive into spacious downtempo, organic dub and rhythmic glitch juxtaposed with a beat-rich array of menacing bass, mid-tempo dub and swanky psychedelic funk.
