German producer/rapper/DJ, $ombi, steps up with her first vinyl release backed with remixes by legendary producers from three generations of club music: Yazzus, Jensen Interceptor, and dBridge, all of which view the original through different lenses. 

In a rap with lyrics in her native tongue, the original mix sees $ombi extolling the virtues of discovering and accepting yourself, and the inner peace that comes from it.

Mostly everything was done in intervals between work—picking up and leaving off at inconvenient times—but I think this made me approach each track slightly differently each time I’d sit down to write. This is an album full of references, big and small, to the music I love and the sounds I love to hear."

*1 ARTHROPODS： Arthropods is the alienation form of GOLEM*, and there is a soul in each metamere. They can upload, download, and link to each other.

*2 GOLEM：A golem is mythical humanlike figure made from clay and magically able to move on its own. In the Bible, Golem is an unfinished human being, without a soul. Through the process of its own evolution and its makers' experiments, a Golem can contain or generate its own soul. It can appear in different interconnected forms and reproduce itself at will. A golem with a soul, in order to speed up its own evolution, will sometimes supersede or devour the original form of life. The album Golem is inspired from this source.
