BIO:

Irish-born and Berlin-based, Millhouse has been at the forefront of the techno scene for over two decades, beginning his DJing career at the tender age of 17. Known for his electrifying performances, Millhouse delivers sets rich with machine-based techno, featuring deep bass beats and compelling basslines. His dynamic approach and energetic flair have made him a favorite across Europe’s most prestigious venues.

Millhouse's musical journey took a decisive turn in 2002 after being profoundly influenced by techno legend Dave Clarke. This experience redirected his passion towards techno, leading him to avidly collect records and immerse himself in the scene. His initial forays into music production began with casual sessions on Reason software, which soon turned into a serious endeavor, particularly after forming meaningful connections with artists like Diarmaid O’ Meara and Luke Creed.

In 2013, seeking deeper integration with the techno community, Millhouse moved to Berlin and soon took the reins at Gobsmacked Records. As the label manager, he has been instrumental in shaping its direction, curating releases and events that highlight the core of techno culture.

Over the years, Millhouse has released tracks on major labels such as Hydraulix, RIOT, UKR, and Khazad, showcasing his versatility and commitment to quality techno. His discography also includes a well-received remix for techno legend Funk D’Void, further cementing his status in the techno world. His track ‘Harsh Times’ featured on RIOT Radio Records’ charity V/A album has garnered extensive acclaim, with support from heavyweights like Dave Clarke.

His collaborations, notably with close friend Patrick DSP, have pushed his creative boundaries, enhancing his studio work to stratospheric levels. Millhouse continues to innovate and inspire, proving time and again that he is a central figure in the evolution of energetic techno.
