For this new episode of our codecast Y series, we’re glad to introduce PHYC.

Originally from Portugal, but nowadays based in Amsterdam and always learning and evolving from its scene, he has developed a mixing style in which fast paced and raw sounds are the perfect tool to achieve the desired resut: Deliver energetic sets that can impact both mind and body, challenging the listener’s perception.
He played in clubs such as Claire, 8sixA, John Doe and Club Atelier. He also created the UNNOTED podcast series that aims to shine a light on less known artists in Amsterdam and abroad, with an aim on more extended sets, peak time energy is the idea behind all guests sets.

Working on improving the production output, the studio has kept him busy on creating his own material and releases, which we are really looking forward to listening.

Andrés Oviedo es un joven DJ madrileño que comenzó su andadura en el mundo de la noche madrileña hace ya 15 años. Realizando sus primeras fiestas como miembro del colectivo The Answer, ha ido en evolución constante hasta que en la primavera del año 2015 decide abrir su propia sesión como promotor en AKTIVITÄT CLUB, que llevó a cabo un año como sesión mensual en el centro de Madrid. 

Ahora mismo se encuentra inmerso en la sesión mensual SYNTH Techno Club.  enfocada hacia el Techno más contundente y underground de la capital española, programando a artistas nacionales e internacionales en el club privado con mayor proyección de Madrid. 
Conocido de las cabinas de los clubs madrileños por su Techno personal, agresivo y sin complejos, sus sesiones siempre están cargadas de cambios de ritmo con mucha pegada, sonidos oscuros, contundentes y con líneas ácidas con los que nos deleita en sus sets a veces arriesgados pero que sin duda no deja a nadie indiferente. 

Siempre fiel a sus gustos musicales ha conseguido ir evolucionando en la noche Madrileña. FRDM is a Brooklyn based producer, dj and a member of the ‘Locked Groove’ collective. His sets contain spacey, hypnotic grooves that will prepare you for the mission ahead.

Tras una vida entera entregada a la música, desde el género clásico, pasando por las músicas del mundo hasta la electrónica, la madrileña Raquel Mendiguren AKA Mendi siempre ha perseguido nuevas tendencias y sonidos underground que le llevan a dar el salto como dj, por la necesidad de revelar su eco.

Aplicada al techno, ha tocado en muchas de las salas de la capital, pasando por las sesiones de Cassette, Stardust (apoyo al proyecto “She Make Noise”) Synth, XYZ y Serendipia entre otras, teniendo residencia en el club Cabra Negra y en Elecktra Club.

Su gran  y afición por la música le hacen tener como referentes diferentes sellos y artistas muy  diversos en estilo. Gracias al constante análisis y el dedicado tiempo para la selección, Mendi crea concepto, sus sets se caracterizan por un sonido de atmósÿeras oscuras, bases contundentes, disonancias y melodías hipnóticas. Fiel a distinguir tracks especiales de sus artistas predilectos, con mucho gusto, toca un abanico amplio entre los subgéneros del techno,
consagrando, junto con la generación actual de la escena madrileña, un techno de oídos avanzados.

Mendi sigue creciendo y evolucionando en la escena sin dejar indiferente además de apoyar y colaborar con colectivos y asociaciones que promueven la música electrónica como E.A.C
(Electrónica es Arte y Cultura) y NIX (Foro cultural y social sobre la noche de Madrid).

Silent Souls is a project based in Florence, born from the mind of Ivan and Linda. After years of sound research using different aliases, they were able to find their own style, creating the new project Silent Souls.
Their sound is hypnotic, raw and dark - elements which you can easily find in their own productions. The obscure duo is well known in the Florence area and have also been invited to play in other cities like Genova, Naples, Rome and more. Together they have managed the label "Scarlet Carson Black" since 2018, where they release their own music on digital and vinyl. For the past year they've also secured a stable residency in the "Pure Signal Events" organization, performing alongside international artists like Headless Horseman, Bas Mooy, Domenico Crisci, VSK and more.
