𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
CSQ: Tell us a bit about your local techno scene. How has it shaped you as an artist?

RŌNIN: The local Techno scene in the Netherlands is at an all-time high where it actually starts to be a bid mainstream in some ways. But as all things do, it will change and reshape by time again. Die hards will stay and trend hoppers will move on to the next thing. The core will always stay. This has shaped me as an artist in a way of always seeking to new sounds and creating my own concepts while making tracks that are not the average or standard type of sounds.

CSQ: Would you like to share anything with the listeners about the set?

RŌNIN: So about this set, I wanted it to be as real as possible so I only recorded it once. Probably there will be some mistakes here and there but thats how it is. In my sets I strive to create an ongoing rhythm with as less brakes as possible to keep the energy high and I try to use other samples or tracks from other genres to create a certain groove or extra layer with an already playing track. The music I Like to play is mainly bochka which is very energetic and Im just so in love with the soundings of the kicks.

CSQ: How does the set reflect the development of your style and your DJing since you started?

RŌNIN: The way I create sets is an ongoing process and this set is a reflection  to where I want to go in the future. I like underground music and the people that listen to it. There's a personal connection to it which I love in this underground scene.
