INTO THE BLOOD creates electronic indie music, which vary from very danceable to chillout, and from deep/dark to light/happy. INTO THE BLOOD never makes music which only pander to popular taste.

We are primarily inspired by the style of 80s and 90s synthmusic, but by adding a modern twist and analouge elements we create our unique sound and style in the crossfield of many genres of electronic music. Also melancholic and cinematic moods makes our music sound big and feel wide.

Our primary inspiration comes from: Depeche Mode, Underworld, David Bowie, Visage, Alphaville, A-ha, Pet Shop Boys, Kraftwerk, New Order, Duran Duran, Yellow and Tears for Fears.

But we also think, we have something in common with: Major Lazer, Innercity, Robyn, Deadmau5, MØ, Lydmor, Empire of the Sun, Air, Calvin Harris, Infernal, MGMT, Spleen United, The Human League, Loveshop, Nordstrøm, Jean-Michel Jarre, Gangway, Pink Floyd, Carpark North a.o.

INTO THE BLOOD is a duo consisting of Jens Brygmann and Carsten Bo Andersen (@caboan). Sometimes a featuring artists is used (female vocals/choir, bass, clarinet, guitar etc.).

Krachtek Elektronik is a single member darkwave, synthpop project based in Norway but with a Hungarian origin. The band has a dark, industrial sound with deep, sentimental melodies, mainly influenced by Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk.

The Grey Disorder is a Canadian project based out of Toronto.  Founded by Lance Pilon, its sole member and former bass player for Riddle Me This (1989-1998) with gigs at EDGEFEST Alternative Music Festival and a track on the EDGE102.1FM New Rock Search Music CD in 1996.  The Grey Disorder is one man’s voice through lyric and sound, inspired by eighties bands like Depeche Mode, Dead or Alive and Howard Jones – but with a modern sound and story.  

With the debut album “Left Behind” released 11|11|11, listeners take themselves on a dark journey of sound and texture with songs that make you think differently.  The album depicts one man’s view on modern life, derived from exposure to big city living – a place surrounded by concrete and pavement – lifeless and without expression.  The project is born from a personal bout of depression – the band name “The Grey Disorder” describes a past-tense view of a world lacking colour and life.  

Title track “Left Behind” is a coming of age confession of a relationship struggle which gave the creator the courage to finally release the debut album, a realization that life needed to move forward, the album being the outlet for permission to let go and move on.  Overall, the debut album is an eclectic mix of electronic translations of discovery and confession, intrigue and mystery, darkness and hope for the future.
Since it’s debut release, The Grey Disorder has been in studio writing and working on the second album due to release in Fall 2013.  Bred by a new life and inspired by letting go of the past, this new album will combine a similar feel as the first, but with a new set of challenges surrounding relationships, realities of life and sounds of raw emotion.  With all tracks on the album “Left Behind”, and the upcoming 2nd album, take a trip with its creator into the deep aspects of human behaviour and social expectations – you just might find yourself relating with the story and find compassion in the struggles we all face in today’s modern and complex world.
