Into The Deep Episode 395  - Another Ambition (Jan 5th, 2023)

It’s Monday, and time for our twenty-ninth Moonlight Mixtape, courtesy of our Resident @discognition. He’s on a hot streak of shows lately: he played direct support for @wassumusic last week, and coming up, he’ll be opening for @camelphatmusic and @jorisvoorn on March 2. But Discognition is all about producing powerful deep and progressive tunes that range from the organic vibes to the heavy hitting club shakers, including last week’s haunting heater “Lost to Time” on @clubhausrecords and the beautiful “All of Me,” which capped 2023 for @enormouschills.

This week, he starts us off mindfully and a little melancholy with a remix of his own “We Came From The Stars” before slipping into some deep and Afro-infused organic rhythm. Kinetic energy abounds as he transcends genre while building to a dynamic progressive finish, and he seals the deal with a four-track dose of his own work—including soulful vocals, jazz-infused melodies, and even an unreleased ID.
