uno degli itinerari più particolari del Cammino di Santiago
. Questo percorso è legato ad un importante evento: secondo la tradizione, infatti, il corpo dell'Apostolo Giacomo il Maggiore, dopo il martirio, fu trasportato da Gerusalemme, partendo dal porto di Jaffna in Palestrina, attraverso il Mar Mediterraneo e fino alle coste atlantiche della Spagna. Da qui, la nave entrò dalla Ria di Arousa e risalì tutto il fiume Ulla fino all'antica città romana di Iria Flavia. Da qui, poi i km da percorrere a piedi sono circa 25. Una volta all'anno, in estate, 
viene organizzata una grande processione
 che ripercorre tutto il fiume, fino ad arrivare a Pontecesures e Padrón.

Si tratta di 
un itinerario ideale da seguire anche una volta arrivati a Compostela
. Da qui si percorrono i primi 25 km fino ad arrivare a Padrón, per poi imbarcarsi e percorrere tutto il fiume Ulla.


Sono i 50 giovani 
dell'itinerario "a piedi"
 che proprio stamane, nella festa di San Giacomo apostolo, sono volati a Santiago de Compostela. Di qui partiranno giovedì 27 per un cammino di circa 
150 chilometri
 in 6 giorni sino a Porto, da dove prenderanno il treno per la capitale portoghese.


Per organizzare il Cammino di Santiago a piedi, per prima cosa occorre valutare il tempo a disposizione, il periodo migliore e successivamente scegliere 
quale itinerario percorrere
 per raggiungere la cattedrale di Santiago, consultando la 
mappa di ogni itinerario
 per verificare le tappe che riuscirai a intraprendere.

, da Sarria alla cattedrale di Santiago De Compostela. Si è concluso
 lo speciale pellegrinaggio di un gruppo di giovani della parrocchia Santa Maria Incoronata di Camaro
, giunti oggi nel capoluogo della Galizia in Spagna, per suggellare quel gemellaggio di fede che lega le due comunità nel nome di San Giacomo Apostolo Maggiore.
 Scarpe da trekking e zaini in spalla, accompagnati dal parroco mons. Francesco La Camera
 assieme ai confratelli Fabio Berbiglia e Samuele Le Donne alcuni adulti, i giovani pellegrini sono stati protagonisti di un lungo itinerario di fede e amicizia, documentando le singole tappe (Sarria, Portomarin, O Coto, Arzua, Lavacolla, Santiago) via social.

In this study, three long-wave ultraviolet (UV) light-activtied photoinitiators (PIs) were comparatively tested in terms of cytotoxicity, crosslinking efficiency and crosslinking kinetics of cell-encapsulating hydrogels. The hydrogels were photopolymerized from poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) diacrylate or PEG-fibrinogen precursors using Irgacure® PIs I2959, I184 and I651, as well as with a chemical initiator/accelerator (APS/TEMED). The study specifically evaluated the PI type, PI concentration and UV light intensity, and how these affected the mechanical properties of the hydrogel (i.e. maximum storage modulus), the crosslinking reaction times and the reaction's cytotoxicity to encapsulated cells. Only two initiators (I2959 and I184) were identified as being suitable for achieving both high cell viability and efficient crosslinking of the cell-encapsulating hydrogels during the photopolymerization reaction. Optimization of PI concentration or irradiation intensity was particularly important for achieving maximum mechanical properties; a sub-optimal choice of PI concentration or irradiation intensity resulted in a substantial reduction in hydrogel modulus. Cytocompatibility may be compromised by unnecessarily prolonging exposure to cytotoxic free radicals or inadvertently enhancing the instantaneous dose of radicals in solution, both of which are dependent on the PI type/concentration and irradiation intensity. In the absence of a radical initiator, the short exposures to long-wave UV light irradiation (up to 5 min, 20 mW cm(-2), 365 nm) did not prove to be cytotoxic to cells. Therefore, it is important to understand the relationship between PIs, light irradiation conditions and crosslinking when attempting to identify a suitable hydrogel formation process for cell encapsulating hydrogels.
