The next release put forth by the Intransikbeats collective celebrates the inauguration of its digital release platform that aims to explore and combine different artistic fields and formats with a focus on audiovisual work. The core of the first release grew from a concept-based project called Reforest by the Belgian artist 6SISS. All five original tracks by 6SISS were inspired and named after some of the world's most precious forests and national parks that humans cherish. These productions draw on the primeval power of these natural treasures and channel them into a collection of cinematic soundscapes that are rooted in experimental electronic music. The visual art for this project was created by Natche, who expertly contributed a visual identity to the auditory foundation provided by 6SISS. The original tracks were reinterpreted by the core roster of Intransikbeats with contributions by Nothing Is Real, CRCT-CTRL, Steven Lorenz and the newest addition, our long time collaborator from Italy 'Knobs'. Each of these remixes puts 6SISS's work into new and unique frames that explore different niches of the Techno realm.
All tracks were graciously mastered by Felix Tournier at Wisseloord Studios in the Netherlands.

IntransikBeats is a record label that aims to highlight raw and uncompromising Techno which displays a dark and gloomy musical image. Our network of like-minded people strives to innovate and contribute to a ever growing community of producers and artists, always remembering where we came from and where we want to be.

Starting out as group of independent artists and DJs, involved in and fostering the alternative music scene in Shanghai, China where Intransik has been fortunate enough to be able to host events for many years.

Sound design and audio engineering is an integral part of the team’s creative output. Naturally this curiosity in original soundtracks and post production lead to the involvement in creating and applying various sonic concepts to different media projects.

We have made it our goal to try to capture the sound of these events and the musical output of the artists involved. This vision will be showcased on our label and upcoming vinyl releases starting, along with label events, art installations and various cross-media projects.

Steven Lorenz is a founding member of Intransikbeats Records and owner of Iron Shirt Recordings. Producing and performing Techno and Dubstep. Having grown up in Asia, Intransikbeats label head Steven Lorenz was part of Shanghai's alternative music scene for many years.

A key influence of his was the Shelter in Shanghai where he found his roots in Dubstep and his musical home. He immersed himself in the sub heavy, syncopated beats that he heard there whilst refining his DJ and production skills. His formative year's were spent delving into the sound, ultimately leading to his residency at the Shelter where he supported the likes of Pinch, Kode 9, Goldie, The Bug, Shackelton, Desto, Tes Larok, Caspa, Jack Sparrow, Stagga, ScratchaDVA, Addison Groove and many more...

His interest in aggressive low frequency tones and minimalistic drum patterns lead to him expanding his artistic horizon towards Techno. He pursued this sound intensively in his productions and in his DJ sets. 2015 saw the release of his first LP on D.M.T. Records which distilled a year's worth of experiences and inspiration into 7 diverse and intelligently crafted Techno tracks. 
Now residing in Europe he wants to spread his vision of Techno through Intransikbeats Records and dubstep through Ironshirt Recordings.

Paris based Vince Lorenz is a founding member of Intransikbeats Records. Ever since he started releasing music in 2008 he made a name for himself mainly as a producer, playing a major part in shaping and defining the Intransikbeats concept.   
Vince Lorenz found his passion for electronic music at an early age after loosing interest in common mainstream sounds. He was first introduced to it when he discovered House and Techno in the early 2000's.  After starting to produce tracks he ventured into different genres and has found a unique way of encapsulating elements of various influences into his sound.
Nowadays he produces intelligent Techno in its' various forms. He has developed a unique way of mixing raw, industrial and cleaner soulful elements, inviting his audience to join him in his abyssal atmosphere.
Often collaborating with various artists from all over the globe, he is always on the lookout for fresh sounds and keeps organizing quality projects.
