The excellent UK based producer Andy Forbes makes his way back to our Progressive House Worldwide label and the PHW Elements division with a stunning 2 track EP. 

The release is a tribute to his dad that recently passed away and of course we would be more than honoured to bring his music out to the world about his process dealing with this during a tough time. This is his own words about the release:

“I started writing 1957 while my father was ill, which helped me remember all the amazing memories and how much of a happy spirit he was. Hopefully this reflects in the track with its happy melodies and uplifting breakdown.
Nirvana was created when my father had passed and it really helped me through the grieving process. The sounds are more down tempo as I wanted a more relaxing and peaceful sound, which helped me believe he has gone to a better place with no pain. The meaning of Nirvava is a transcendent state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self, and the subject is released from the effects of karma and the cycle of death and rebirth.”

We also see both Mauro Masi and Reiklavik taking part in the release, rebuilding 1957 and contributing to the release and giving their vision on Andy Forbes original ideas. We absolutely love their remakes that just oozes class all over, don’t miss out!

Dutch native and progressive producer Ciree makes a welcome return to our PHW family as he returns to us with another stunning melodic progressive 2 track EP. He’s been with us for years now, and it is always a true pleasure seeing artists develop both their sound design and creativity. He is surely one that has managed that, hard work always pays off and we are thrilled to see him back again in the family. 

“Progression” is just what the title says, a journey of sounds that is evolving throughout the production. It’s wrapped up with melodic structures and textures to make this a complete journey from start to finish. 

“Emerald Ocean” is a warm, sun drenched melodic gem, taking us through a great seasoning about what progressive is all about for us. «Right at the moment there is no single record label which coincides with my musical taste and general conception, which I would like to see being embodied. Starting a new imprint with the fellow guys, I’m looking forward to the having the possibility of fulfilling myself as an A&R-manager and making the current musical world at least a little bit better. We are going to collaborate with our friends and associates from around the world. I certainly believe, if such projects are held with well-intentioned mood and built on relations of friendship, there are certain chances to make something special and terminative».
