Before determining his own unique sound formula, Davide Zambon a.k.a. Dave LeBon worked his way up from tech house and trance to experimental genres and, finally, progressive, which is his main focus and top priority now. During 8 years of activity on the scene of electronic dance music, his works were released on many reputable labels including Baroque, Lowbit, Aurium, Pleasure, Colorize and Line Out Recordings. In addition, one year ago Davide launched his own imprint, Undefined Records, with the main aim to support the new generation of talented producers; the label’s debutants were Morttagua, Hokima and Kastla. Today a grand debut for Dave is scheduled on Intricate Records. The initial release will feature three tracks: «Armor», «Helios» and «Rekkor». Very different in their moods but united with a long distance concept, these original productions give a detailed overview of the Italian’s current sound preferences. «Armor» totally confirms its «military» title; the track is severe and strict, only for a moment a lyrical piano break flows in, then the sounds of an aural alarm system return the listener to the main theme. «Helios», in contrary, is focused on solely pleasant melodics and tender emotions, at some moment those unexpected broken beat rhythms are ready to surprise the audience. Finally comes quite dark and gloomy «Rekkor», a track filled with deep bass line, mystical voices and a number of intriguing sounds. «Rekkor» was already featured on the label’s debut 2CD compilation this year, «Intricate Sessions Compilation Vol. 01 Mixed by PROFF and Vadim Soloviev», which is already available both in digital and physical formats.

Eric Prydz today unveiled his new Pryda EP. It’s a classic slice of the inimitable Pryda sound that has defined the label’s output over the last ten years, and united the dance community. Pryda 028 is the first Pryda release to ever contain four tracks, and comes hot on the heels of the anthemic Eric Prydz summer hit ‘Liberate’.

These four tracks – Mija, Origins, Axis, & Backdraft - show another side to Pryda, one firmly rooted in the label’s club roots. Pryda 028 speaks to Prydz’ love of dark rooms and late nights, dancefloors with their heads down – audiences losing themselves in a journey, surrendering to the music, rather than demanding another recognizable drop.

Pryda 028 another genre defining release for Pryda – its house music but first and foremost it’s Pryda. The EP’s intricate blend and layering of harmonies and hooks, replete with that distinctive Prydz touch for melody, combine to make club music that just couldn’t come from anyone else.

Ten years and 28 releases in, Prydz and his Pryda label remain in the enviable position of straddling a line between the overground and underground, an achievement that is ever more difficult in the polarized world of contemporary electronic music.

Whether it’s a mainstage slot, or a dark after-hours session as his techno alias Cirez D, Prydz fans have come to expect something different and unique from the Swede. At a time when EDM festival mainstages homogenate, Prydz seems to stand further and further apart. In "Wildfire," Galestian and Sarah Bird craft a track that is an exploration of connection and the human spirit.

At its heart, Wildfire is about surrendering to the dualistic dance between intensity and tranquility, a perfect fit for the ninth release on Global Entry Recordings.

When Bongani searches for inspiration with his music, senses and feeling play a huge role. It’s not just about finding different pieces and fitting them together, it’s much much more than that. It’s about drawing from all kinds of elements to provoke an overall aura.

The idea for his original first came from a flickering light after a very vivid dream, an image he had stuck in his head for days and days, an image that he felt he wanted to replicate through key strokes on a piano. This progression paired with his love for effortless groove and rhythm all came together to create the elements of movement and euphoria.
