Plaisirs Sonores Records is proud to unveil Golden Flight EP, a dynamic new release featuring a collaboration between Nicolas Viana and Federico Monachesi. The EP includes two original tracks, Golden Flight and Coral, bringing together the unique styles and strengths of each artist to deliver a compelling progressive house experience.

Nicolas Viana, from Argentina, has been steadily building his reputation in the progressive and melodic house scene with releases on respected labels and support from leading DJs worldwide. He previously appeared on Plaisirs Sonores Records with Endgame, a standout collaboration with Anonimat. Known for lush melodies, emotive atmospheres, and impeccable production skills, Nicolas continues to craft music that resonates both on the dancefloor and in personal listening.

Federico Monachesi, hailing from Italy, makes his debut on Plaisirs Sonores Records with this release. Federico has developed a signature sound that blends organic textures, deep grooves, and emotive chord progressions. With a growing presence in the international electronic music scene, he brings a refined sense of musicality and energy to this collaboration.

The EP opens with the title track, Golden Flight, an uplifting, melody-driven journey with hypnotic rhythms perfect for sunset & sunrise moments. Coral offers a deeper, more intricate exploration, demonstrating the artists versatility while maintaining a strong groove for the dancefloor.

Over the years, he has built a personal style shaped by progressive and melodic elements. His music is known for blending deep emotional resonance with a clear, modern club energy.

With Maze 28 he expresses his primary creative vision, while Futura City serves as an outlet for exploring new atmospheres and ideas. This side project allows him to push boundaries and expand his sound.

Beyond production, Zefi is engaged in the wider electronic community as a curator and collaborator. He is recognized for his consistency, versatility, and dedication to the evolution of contemporary electronic music.

Newest single by Vadim Soloviev, «Tempo», is scheduled for release on Intricate Records in the last decade of February 2013. «Tempo» package will consist of the original version as well as remixes by Flippers and Sergey Tkachev.

Yet another musical delicacy is ready to appear on the release catalog of Intricate Records. This time it was cooked by one of the label’s co-founders, Vadim Soloviev, a prominent figure in the field of electronic dance music and a highly experienced Russian producer. The inner filling of the «Tempo» track could be described as a simple and understandable melody surrounded by a score of cosmic and funky sounds. This creation is remarkable because of its gradual, progressive type, classical breakdown structure, impressive culmination point and flagging echo in the final part. Very light but, at the same time, very energetic – these are the right words to describe Vadim’s current production preferences. Using the classical music terminology, one could call the original version of the track «Allegro», relevant to its tempo. «I recorded the initial piece two years ago, but it did not see the light of day due to various reasons, – Vadim reveals some details from the past. – I convinced myself to continue working on this sketch and make it better and better until I felt myself content with the result. 

As a resume of this work, there were few versions in front of me, I took a break once again and returned to «Tempo» one year after. It was worth waiting – the latest remake was good enough not only for myself, but also for my label colleagues, that’s why we decided to release it on Intricate». The label’s co-owner Sergey Tkachev presents his own vision of «Tempo» in a form of remix while the Israeli duo Flippers made the original mix even more dance floor friendly and turned it into club mix.

«Intricate Records is something tangible and emerging from our long-term friendship and creative relations. – It is hard to imagine that someone will make an objection regarding many associable details and ideas of our creative work. The most significant part is that our preferences and tastes intricately but harmoniously amplify each other in most cases. All of us feel it. That is why the creation of a record label is a logical step for our career».

A friendship is one thing, but continuous development is vitally important. This is why the fellows decided not to take a break at the level of current achievements and grounded their own record label. «By the times someone discovers the points of coincidence with the colleagues not only in terms of business, but also creative sphere – that is always a positive experience! – Unification of musical efforts in frames of one label is our next and by no means unimportant step in creative self-fulfillment».

It is important to mention that the quad is not going to limit the newborn imprint’s catalog only with own productions. Intricate Records is also a promising platform for implementation of creative aspiration of other talented producers who feel themselves on the same wave quite often.

«Right at the moment there is no single record label which coincides with my musical taste and general conception, which I would like to see being embodied. Starting a new imprint with the fellow guys, I’m looking forward to the having the possibility of fulfilling myself as an A&R-manager and making the current musical world at least a little bit better. We are going to collaborate with our friends and associates from around the world. I certainly believe, if such projects are held with well-intentioned mood and built on relations of friendship, there are certain chances to make something special and terminative».
