Eu já havia falado outrora no Twitter sobre o PARANORMAL ATTACK, mas no blog é novidade. Pra quem não sabe ela é uma banda portuguesa, formada em 2002, que mistura música eletrônica com rock, o chamado Eletro Rock, e ainda uma pitadinha de música clássica.

A banda se tornou famosa após sua descoberta pela gravadora israelense Chemical Crew, após uma participação da ainda desconhecida banda com o já consagrado projeto Skazi.

Mas vamos à música, vou postar aqui a minha preferida "Walking In The Sun", faixa do disco omônimo de 2007, do mesmo ano que a banda tocou no Brasil pela primeira vez, no festival Chemical Music.

Looney Moon is back again, this time with Russian producer PANTOMIMAN, who has a very special and colourful tale – read his story below and tune in on the Trance channel on Wednesday afternoon.

Pantomiman is George Agaronov (or Gosha for short), a Russian psytrance producer with some extra flavour on top – he is a professional comic actor who comes from a family of circus comedy performers! Early in his childhood years Gosha began playing musical instruments, performing on stage and later composing his parts for a circus band. When Gosha was a teenager he discovered electronic music and a bit later towards the late nineties Gosha discovered something that felt very natural to him – psychedelic trance. Since then Gosha has been developing and working on his own sound, partly with an expert guidance from Alex Parasense. The past few years Pantomiman has spent DJ’ing and playing live around Russia entertaining crowds with his very special and very funny musical shows. Needless to say Pantomiman’s music is a psychedelic circus act in itself. Sometimes more aggressive and twisted, sometimes more nostalgic and funky music by Pantomiman never fails to surprise and excite. Pantomiman’s groovy bass lines and comical themes make people dance and laugh at the same time, while of course his skilful sound synthesis guarantees that a trip will be adventurous, joyful and amusing.
Pantomiman’s tracks have been taken for releases by such quality labels as Bom shanka music, Doof Records, Sundance, Up Records, Space Baby rec, Macky Mad House Records and Blitz Studios. At present he is working with the Looney moon records! Pantomiman is without a doubt the most original and unique psytrance producer in Russia and possibly even the rest of the world.

Killer B started mixing on turntables back in the day playing Techno and Goa and till today plays a variety of styles like Progressive, Techno and mostly underground Psychedelic Trance.   His style is focused on tight beats, groovy rhythms, and twisted psychedelic vibes with profound bass for maximum dance floor vibration. With experience of over a decade in producing and DJ’ing his quality of mixing and up for it vibe creates an energetic impression on the dance floor that is unforgettable and uncompromising, thus making him a busy B managing his schedule during the summer seasons with playing outdoor festivals and clubs, organising events for Red Eye Productions, as well as in being productive in the studio during the winter months. Killer B is also a creative designer with and his artwork featured internationally on many albums, posters and flyers.  Killer B’s first success was the international vinyl release in 2001, “Minimal Thoughts”, which was signed to the Belgium label Start Stop Records, he went on to release tracks and remixes with labels like Looney Moon Records, Mushroom Mafia Records, MoDem Records, Amoeba Records, Mansion Records, Karana Records, Our Minds and Insectik Records.

Next up on Looney Moon Records series is WHIPTONGUE from Brazil who has just released his latest EP on the label, this time together with Axial Tilt.

Charles Matos (born November 5, 1978) is a Brazilian producer, audio engineer and drummer, best known as the psychedelic trance project Whiptongue. He is also part of the project Sychotria together with Flavio Xpiral.
Known for his eclectic influences and experimental sounds inside the Whiptongue project, Charles
had worked with artists such as Circus Bent, EVP , Dust, Fungus Funk, Psyberpunk, Dharma, Mole, SmokeShip, Xpiral, Fungoloyds.
Whiptongue is one os main artists from the Italian Label LOONEY MOON RECORDS, and had played …around Europe, India, South africa, U.S.A. , Russia and Brazil.

DHARMA is a Project started in 2009 in the city of Udine (IT) by Enrico Alpini. After 8 years studying as a drummer, several years of djing, and thanks to the inspiration of many events he attended in the past, he threw himself into producing psytrance music.  Due to the strong inspiration and good quality of the music, and a long friendship from the italian parties, even before having a live act ready, Dharma joined forces with Looney Moon Records to spread his fresh and original underground sound all over the globe.  Characterized by powerful funky basslines, researched acidic atmospheres and a happy and mild forestish sound choice in the leads, all his bright influences will transport you to a dynamic and euphoric journey into new sound lanscapes.  Simplicity, humility and passion are the core values at the root of this project, along with brotherhood, cosmic love, holographic awareness and quantum enightenment!
