Russian DJ and producer Evgenii Fadeev aka Flaty aka SERWED brings his long-running, many-aliased craft through Bleep Towers for an exclusive mix. As well as acting as a partial CV of his own illustrious achievements by including a smattering of unreleased Flaty and SERWED cuts, his mix celebrates the unsung heroes of the Russian underground electronic scene, from the sputtering dial tone dance of PROGLIKEM to the hard-to-pin-down microhouse of Lehrer and Ffyyoo. Flaty unearths an entire biome of fearless electronic creators subtly pushing the boundaries of club music away from the prying eyes of search engines. To quote a well-worn phrase, you can’t find this on the internet.

"Inanimate Distraction Object" is a collection of music made by Aspetuck between June 2021 & March 2022. The album is inspired by the experience of becoming a new parent - the process of coping with constant change & learning to deal with a loss of independence contrasted with the beauty of watching a baby grow & observe the world around them. These songs serve as a sort of diary for Aspetuck which has been a recurring theme throughout his time releasing music. Various field recordings of baby toys can be heard subtly throughout the album.
