Four our 13th podcast, we are super happy to host Brooklyn-based artist, Jacob Long aka Earthen Sea! 
His droney ambient, glacial dub-techno and beat tape inspired glitchy downtempo sounds had already gained the likes of labels such as Other People, Silent Season, Kranky or more recently Huinali Recordings & Mysteries of the Deep.  The selector DJ aims to tie together a number of different tangents of musical interest into a coherent audio journey. He offered us a deep journey into Ambient, Dub & percussive elements. On Board Music - Mix Series - Earthen Sea OB13

@LauraBCR has her ear to the ground. The French DJ and On Board Music label founder is always on the lookout for new music to spin, or for artists to join her monthly Rinse France radio show. She takes her name from the much-loved and now closed, Berlin record store, Bass Cadet Records, where she spent a couple of years behind the counter. These days, Laura is best known for her transportive, deep techno and dubby ambient DJ sets, which have brought her to some of Europe’s finest venues, including a residency at Het Magazijn in The Hague. Her own productions first surfaced in 2020 and were included on both of On Board Music’s stand-out, charity compilations. More original music is in the works, as well as a continuous evolution behind the decks.

We are really excited to finally share the latest chapter of our introspective podcast courtesy of @dvka and @avsluta channeling their collaborative project @soundofvadin. Recorded in their home studio during a drizzly autumnal evening, the mix is an amalgam of poetic vibrations, avant-garde storytelling and eccentric experimentation imbued with the essence of their upcoming album Tayiō ✨🔮✨

Utterings are buried within and emerging from vivid dreamscapes painted in sound, at the same time luminous and shadowy. Worlds are formed as textures becoming harmonies with temporalities sliced by fluttering punctuations, tangibly present and moving close and closer...

Tayiō is being released via the London-based label @u-t-t-e-r this coming Friday 4th December with beautiful artwork by Marco Maldarella.
