We are so honoured to share with you this wildly imaginative and deeply progressive mix by the one and only Miro sundayMusiq. What can we say, this one was a long time coming. The story has it that Introspective Electronics in part owe its inception to this very man. He was kind enough to give our ambient CEO Avsluta the now established monthly Thursday afternoon slot on Netil Radio which he diligently runs for the past five years 🍃

Miro is, first and foremost, a truly dedicated music head and an avid record collector. His passion for music and for building a fair, healthy and conscious community around it is obvious to anyone who have ever met him and it is something that we have always admired 💛

In his signature pacifist style, Miro delivers an hour of mysterious ambient, sensual downtempo and progressive chuggers the way only he can in a trip that effortlessly moves from smoked out, tribal atmospheric plateaus into the sub 100bpm waves of rhythmic hypnotism 🐍

The 30th instalment of our Podcast Series comes from our dear friend TSUNIMAN ~ the London-based, Swiss-born DJ and part of Sisu and Co-select collectives both advocating balanced representation and skills and knowledge sharing within the local electronic music scene 🌙

A regular at London’s Klub Verboten and frequenting queer parties all over town, Iman has chiselled a reputation for their energetic trance-leaning sets. Yet once outside of the club, their focus effortlessly shifts towards the calmer and deeper waters of progressive ambient and downtempo 💆🏽

This sub 100bpm journey opens with tranquil ambiances and celestial vocalisations, meandering towards the undulating orbits of synthy, arpeggiated vortices and dronescapes, occasionally pierced with spoken word and at the same time grounded and elevated by percussive rhythms 🔮

Monochrome presents, 𝖍𝖎𝖛𝖊𝖗 𝖑𝖑𝖑 : Stellah Maris, Öz / Exocet / Lost Area.

This winter, Monochrome is offering each month to one or several artists to discover their influences and inspirations through a forty-five minute to two hour recording. These three recordings will focus on percussive rhythms between Ambient, Deep Techno and Drum & Bass.

Artist biography :
With methodical contrasts, Stellah Maris animates magnetic tales. He plays rooted music through a surrealist prism, evoking sound rituals and lucid dreams.
As part of the Exocet collective, which he founded in 2018, Stellah Maris explores the depths and marine aesthetics in soundsystem culture and ambient music. He is also a member of the Nantes collective Öz as a resident DJ and sound technician, and takes part in the Lost Area project, a versatile platform offering visual works on a dub techno background.
Finally, he hosts Inconscient Collectif, a monthly broadcast on Radio DY10 dedicated to folk, traditional, spiritual and ritual music, as well as to the evolutions and experiments that have taken them across the ages and continents.
