Hey, actually I just wanted to get a little more familiar with the F# minor scale today and to anchor it deep in my ‘emotional memory’, I often improvise little pieces like this one. (Perhaps it would be better to call them ‘etudes’.) Here the sequence of notes A, G#, F# stands out a little and that's why I'm calling the piece ‘A GisFis’ (from the German of A, Gis, Fis). Enjoy.

Originally composed for Thanassis Triaridis' play "Zyklon or the Destiny", this haunting score by Manos Milonakis returns with re-recorded parts, new mixing and mastering by Christos Megas, and stunning artwork by Tilman Z.

Inspired by themes of confinement, dark energy, and temporal suspension, Zyklon combines classical strings, evocative piano, music boxes, and cosmic electronic textures. Featuring Müriel Bostdorp (piano), Christina Georgeli (violin), Elisso Papastrati (violin), Thodoris Papadimitriou (cello), Björk Oskarsdottir (violin), and collaborations with Jacob David (piano) and Gregoire Blanc (theremin), the album bridges the past and present in a unique sonic narrative.
