Kas:st is the French Parisian duo, owners of Flyance Records.

Their artistic universe fluctuates between hypnotic rhythms, dark and mind-blowing emotions, constantly looking to reach the “mental” aspect that they love in modern techno and in which they identify themselves with.
Following this vision, they have released in November on their own label, the first chapter of a substantial project entitled “Dysphoria I Euphoria”: 2 double EPs with 4 original tracks and 4 remixes on each one. Thus, they have surrounded themselves with artists closed to their musical style : Shlømo and AWB from Taapion Records, Anetha, Blocaus’parties resident, Detroit’s legend Luke Hess, English artists Setaoc Mass and Deepbass, Re:Axis - Monocline Records label owner, and HVL, the resident of BASSIANI’s parties in Georgia.
Following next : releases on Parisian’s label Blocaus Series and Taapion in early 2017.

After years of exchanging ideas and producing --- and based on their long lasting friendship, Manu &amp; Karol founded their Imprint @flyancerecords based in Paris. With an epic "Dysphoria/Euphoria" EP, and the "55:55" &amp; "77:77" releases on Blocaus serie + the Beautiful "Noumene" (on colleague/friend french Label Taapion), the Duo quickly assembled titles that got them a growing attention. Deploying their Techno with a strong energy and a handful of well chosen Rmxes (Shlømo/Deepbass/Re:Axis, Setaoc Mass) Kas:st express their talent best when on scene, building hypnotic, deep powerful sets. They crafted a memorable trip here (that i already listened 4x in 24H... :D). Whatever the 'category/genre' (which later evolved) you want to 'call' them... TF #127: VII Circle [Rapid Eye Movement / Stem Records] - IT

VII Circle is a four-handed project by Andrea Vallisneri and Andrea Casari. The producer duo’s background roots from rock and indie genres, but most of all from the will to experiment. Two visions, two very different approaches to music. They clash together and merge to create an unique form of music production with dark and hypnotic tones.

Wastelands and dark corners are created, staging the perfect scenario for electric sounds without mediation. In January 2016, the international debut with Titan ep for the english label Stem Records.

The next year, in a ongoing process of artistic growth, born from a partnership between VII Circle and Memorial Home duo, a new record label Rapid Eye Movement, is founded.

In October 2017 Archetype Ep (REM001) is released by Rapid Eye Movement. This EP sees the contribution of Keith Carnal (ARTS, Affin, Afterlife) and Farrago (ARTS).

And now for something completely different...

Len Faki's reputation proceeds him. The Berlin-based DJ, producer and Figure and LF RMX boss has a list of accolades longer than your arm.

For nearly two decades he's been at the top of his game: he's held a long standing residency at Berghain since its opening, traded techno anthems with the likes of Ostgut Ton and Cocoon, notched up a nearly 200 strong discography on his Figure imprint, all whilst holding down a busy touring schedule year on year.

The latter has been turned somewhat on its head this year, but with the lack of gigs has come more time for creative exploration, something that Faki has undertaken with his new 'Open Space' series — a collection of carefully curated compilations that centre around forward-thinking electronica and ambient to stimulate the emotions and let the mind wander.

Giving established artists - known for their dancefloor-centric output - the freedom to showcase another side of their skills, the inaugural outing features a string of suitably moving compositions from the likes of Moritz Von Oswald, JakoJako, Tin Man and Faki himself.

To celebrate the release of Volume 1, which comes out today via Figure, Len eases us into a new week and lets us into a different side of his tastes, which simmer slowly from twinkling ambient and electronica to warm, fuzzy soundscapes.
