The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Kontinent, the new collaborative project and live act from Colombian artists Filmmaker and Sadxmafioso. “Planet Last Spin” comes off the upcoming EP on Body Musick, the new imprint from Filmmaker. On their debut EP 'Kontinental', the duo provides 5 Industrial Electro tracks with Breakbeat and Big Beat influenced tones. A hard take on Body's growing catalog that will contribute to the sound definition on what they refer as Dungeon Electronics.

The label aims to release tracks that relate to Filmmaker's previous works as well new music for expanding the soundscape on industrial electronics and synth experiments. All this combined with the retrofuturistic aesthetics designed and illustrated by Filmmaker.

Colombian imprint Furatena return with 'AX-V1', a razor-sharp various artists dispatch aimed straight at the post-industrial underbelly of the club...Our pick lands on /DL/MS/’s ‘Regressive Behaviour’, a piece of sonic brinkmanship clocking in at a neurotic 146 BPM. The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Overlook & Karim Maas. After an extended hiatus, Standards & Practices returns with their first release of 2020 and the label’s first compilation. Much like the ethos of the imprint, Out of Practice Vol. 1 brings together friends and allies across the electronic music spectrum for a massive release which moves through different genres and sounds while still resembling similar DNA. Today we premiere, “Chalk” , an ultra-heavy breaks track from veteran’s Overlook & Karim Maas which hits deep and razes everything in its path. Also appearing on the compilation are Stave & Grebenstein, VSK, Todd Mattei as well as “7th Recording 29”, an ambient piece which represents Jonathan Krohn’s first recorded collaboration with long-time friend and associate Benjamin Mjolsness since their work together in the group Male. Overall this is a strong release from the label with a unique voice and exception cast of contributors.
