Last Saturday, the ACEC building in Apeldoorn transformed into a pulsating universe of sound, light, and energy. During De Opening, Deep Circuit Electro Miners delivered a concert that shook the walls and lit up hearts. The audience was swept away on a sonic journey through glitchy rhythms, hypnotic visuals, and an atmosphere that hovered somewhere between rave and ritual.

To close this unforgettable evening, the group unveiled their latest creation: The Glob. A track that feels like a cosmic entity slowly coming to life—growing, pulsing, transforming. It’s the perfect fusion of their experimental roots and their love for the unexpected.

With members from London, Amsterdam, and Apeldoorn, Deep Circuit Electro Miners is more than a band—it’s a collective that creates music for the sheer joy of it, yet with a depth that lingers. om:nia is a record label for artists we believe in to release a wide variety of music, everything from Psychedelic Jazz to Drum & Bass, threading a flow and feeling which will connect all the sonics together.

Our first release is by one of our favourite artists and genius musician, STL. We spoke to Stephan in great length about our concept and idea for the label, after some time he sent us these specific tracks. Manoeuvring along dubby and dusty grooves, with dreamy melancholic ambient textures and the epic 17 minute “Untitled Dubscape”. This record is as much to dance too in a club as it is to listen too at home.

Released 1 May 2020 exclusively on bandcamp (see Buy Now button) while bandcamp suspend fees for one day only in support of artists affected by COVID-19. Profits from the release will be split 50/50 between artists and Glasgow Mutual Aid, a charity organisation currently doing a lot of support work for the elderly, vulnerable and those in quarantine/isolation.
