For days on end, they fought tirelessly, the odds tipping back and forth. The lives of both human and dragon hung by a thread as they pushed their bodies to the absolute limit.

Finally, with a final surge of strength, Dragon Slayer delivered the decisive blow. Stregoi’s mighty form crashed down onto a rock near the city, lifeless at last. The dragon slayer had emerged victorious, but victory came at a great cost.
