Les Deux are an up-and-coming duo from Paris with only a few productions to their name. Once you hear "Jolie" chances are you'll be hooked. The introduction gently drifts you into a universe melting of wistful piano chords, animated synths and a luxurious bassline. A seemingly endless journey of simplistic keys, it's mediative rhythm effortlessly orbits from one deep house plateau to the next with the incorporation of soft drum kicks and chimes. The beautiful ballad soars through the depths of lighthearted sentimentality, making this midnight lullaby one to cherish.

Aujourd'hui on fait la connaissance de Pepe Bradock, de son vrai nom Julien Auger, un musicien électronique français comme on les aime.

Après avoir sorti son premier album Synthèse sur le label français Versatile Records en 1998. Il forme avec Ark le duo Trankilou.

Connu pour une musique désarticulée et synthétique, il remixe dans les années 2000 des artistes comme Alex Gopher ou Soulstice. 

On vous offre Path Of Most Resistance, un hymne à la fête, aussi calme qu'euphorisant. De quoi bien lancer une soirée.

The train roared through the dusty outback. All aboard the Santos Express. Beneath the backdrop of the setting sun the sand blew coarsely in the wind. In the carriage a party was underway and the liquor was flowing, good times were flourishing and soon they would be dirty stinking drunk. Who knew that such a train could exist, it was nothing like he had ever witnessed before. Glamorous, proposterous and chaotic it was a rocket ship transporting the ruff and tumble of the night through no mans land.

Based in Berlin Algorythm likes to dabble in playful pads and lush melodic twists. This is blatantly clear from his new release on Neptune Records which is a beautifully enchanting ep.

With a release catalog sporting the likes of Paradiso Rhythm, Subjoi and Rick Sheen and a forthcoming record from Keita Sano on the horizon, https://soundcloud.com/DansuDiscs are fast becoming Manchester's stronghold for underground heat. Their fifth instillment, "Quit Whilst You're Ahead" comes from fellow manny man, Two Tail - offering four delightful housey cuts, well stocked with groove and  drifting textures.

Your post heavy weekend, Monday morning, probably usually consists of a scrabble around the sonsiphere to find some form of respite and reprieve for your brain - which is probably ticking over at about 1.7% functionality. Whatever you find to thrust into your ears - whether it be the most zen of ambient panpipes or the most soothing of lounging jazz - usually finds a way to grate or irritate to the point in which you remove your headphones and stare into the abyss until you actually have to do something. "Limerence" - the A1 cut of the record, is one that kept this morning's headphone's firmly in place and in full employment. Soothing chords anchor the track as it gently develops -  softly unfolding like a cool tide on your shipwrecked mental state.

Time for a little neck bulging, slimy skin hip-slinking summer fun as a true craftsman steps from the studio shadows: Jay Shepheard, who’s back with a track that’s so infectious if you licked its back you’d trip for weeks.
Prepare yourselves for ‘Bullfrogging’: wry funk, warmth and humanised technoid soul. Taking a vocal texture then processing, harmonising and splicing the spawn out of it, Jay’s precision balance of electronic hustle and anthromorphised action has all the hallmarks for a summer anthem.
‘Early Doors’ follows suit and there’s a massive clue in the title… Soft-focused, warm, rolling and laced with textured chimes, it’s definitely tailored for those key transitions between warm-up and second gear. Deep, trippy but coded with a hookiness that grabs rather than soothes, once again it’s classic Shepheard but with a revitalised 2017 twist. Hey, he didn’t lock himself away in the studio for twelve months for nothing, right?
Neither did Jay’s long-time friend and neighbour Mark Henning; a man who hasn’t taken on a remix since the early 2010s. His return to the remix game is as poignant and powerful as Jay’s return to releases as he removes around 70 percent of the frog and maximises the bullishness of the elements, creating a relentless tribal slammer of a version that still retains the warmth and soul of Jay’s original.
Two returns to action, three killer tracks, one label you can always count on as your friend and no frogs harmed during the whole process. We’re pulling out some serious stops here.

One of Detroit Swindle's highlights of last year was Nebraska’s ‘Soften the wireless’ EP, with disco stomper Khan’s Bargain, and an amazing Tom Noble remix. Since then, they have seen him take on quite a few live shows again, playing at Claire during ADE, and Concrete for their label showcases. He’s also managed to ﬁnd a bit of time to focus on his fresh (new and cool) edit label ‘Friends and Relations’. Luckily, since they’ve been nagging him to do a new EP for Heist just enough for him to still like them, and more than enough for him to want to get it over with, they’ve gotten their hands on another set of amazing tunes. So they are happy to present his amazing music, nicely packaged in one handy record for your listening pleasure : the ‘Metaphor to the ﬂoor’ EP. 
You’ll feel a hint of that Nebraska classic ‘This is the way’ on the lead track ‘Afﬁrmation’, with its subtle build up and release of energy, looping vocals, and dramatic chords. Aglio e Olio is not only a simple yet tasty Italian dish with of just 5 ingredients, it’s also quite the track on this EP, equalling the dish in terms of simplicity and strength. Snares on the 1, Clavi style hits and a loose arrangement give this track a great funk – house crossover appeal. 
On the ﬂip, we’ve got fellow Londoner Laurence Guy, who just released an amazing album on the equally cool ‘Church’. His version of Aglio e Olio is a dreamier excursion with ﬁltered pads, acidey licks and more than enough balls in the low end to get you movin’ in your dim-lit club of choice.  The ep’s ﬁnal track sees Nebraska turning the energy up a notch or 2 (or 3), with ‘Big plate chicken’. It’s the sort of track you would imagine Omar S. producing if he would be just a bit whiter, and a bit more British. Whatever that means.
