Arkanium can be defined as a mysterious and powerful substance or energy that is believed to have mystical properties. It is said to be able to enhance one's mental abilities, grant immortality, or even open portals to other dimensions. Some legends claim that Arkanium was once used by an ancient civilization to build incredible machines and create awe-inspiring wonders. Being a serious punter since 2005 and living in 4 continents, partying in 6 and attending most of the biggest festivals/clubs worldwide, it was a good time to put what I have learnt from listening for 18 years into tracks.

Ranging from Electro to Deep House, from Techno to Rominimal and lately Dub Techno, I have a broad variety of genre's that I have jumped into.

My plan is to keep being a Vinyl Enthusiast and to keep making rusted Techno, Deep Techno and will have a crack a Dub in the future.

DJ Ipcress has been at the forefront of the UK underground electronic music scene for over 20 years.  Having honed his unique psychedelic techno sound in the London warehouse parties of the mid 2000’s, he moved seamlessly to the festival circuit and has played many UK and International events since 2007.  Combining the driving basslines of contemporary techno and the melodic structures derived from his background in psychedelic music you can expect a journey as the layers are built up and groove locked in.  In 2012 he teamed up with Ben Coda and launched the Nanoplex LIVE project which has gone from strength to strength with 3 albums and a number of high profile EP’s released on Iboga Records.  With performances at Boom, Ozora, Symbiosis, Rainbow Serpent, Glastonbury, Origin Festival, Noisily Festival & Glade as well as countless others across the globe – this is just the start of story.

"Deep in the midst of the ‘90s rave culture brothers Barton and Hayden Strom joined forces
to build a brother/producer legacy that propelled them to take on the world.
Antix was born from a sublime fusion of trance, progressive house, and minimal techno
which soon caught the ears of Iboga Records in Denmark who wasted no time in signing
them. It wasn’t long before the release of their seminal album ‘Lull’ in 2003 which led to crit

ical acclaim and the start of hectic globetrotting touring schedule that took them to all cor

ners of the planet.
Antix became known not just for their Dj sets but also their amazing live sets which got them
taking bookings and playing deep in the jungles of South America, futuristic metropolis’s
of Asia, cultural hotbeds of Europe and the Wild West of the States and beyond. The Strom
brothers captivated audiences and unleashed their powerful rhythms on clubs and festivals
with their unique sound for decades. Fast forward to 2023, with a vast array of releases and
projects under their belts, Antix are still going strong - 25th anniversary strong! To mark this
milestone Antix are back on the road and will be performing their new album live which will
be also released on Iboga Records early 2024"
