Formed in January 2006, New Jersey's own Ire & Sentiment has strongly maintained one common goal over the years...to create powerful, groundbreaking music with zero limits or creative restrictions. The band's name, Ire & Sentiment, is to be received as a concept in two parts: First, the name is simply a descriptive metaphor of the juxtaposition between the raw heavy metal guitar riffs and brutal breakdowns mixed with heartfelt emotional lyrics and inspired melodies. Secondly, the words themselves contrast between the beauty and horror found in most common place events, feelings and everyday happenings.

To establish themselves as successful artists, Ire & Sentiment has always refused to hesitate when trying new things musically. With all four members playing and listening to different styles and genres of music over the years, it was only inevitable that a truly original sound would come from this talented quartet of gentlemen. On top of their musical endeavors and solid abilities with their respective instruments, they have also maintained a relentless and successful work ethic in a struggling music industry. 

Always working as a solid unit to gain momentum in their careers and build a strong fanbase, Ire & Sentiment has traveled on many extensive self-booked and self-funded tours across the entire country. From CBGB's (R.I.P.) in New York, New York to the Whisky A Go-Go in Hollywood, California, they have easily gained a positive reputation for flawless energetic performances and always gain a contingent of fans that stem from nearly every scene.

With all previous self-released projects receiving amazing responses from their fans, and gaining thousands of new fans along the way, the band is more than ready to unleash their latest creative effort upon the masses. Armed with the new self-titled, full length album ready for immediate release and many major projects/tours in the works, it's obvious that Ire & Sentiment's "do it yourself" mentality and vigorous drive will always stay in tact and continue to flourish.
