A recurring concept in my work and life are everyday rituals, what I call
 "Domestic Rituals". The difference for me is whether you go through your daily routine with joy and mindfulness, with intention and fun. The difference between brushing your teeth and a grief ritual is focusing your awareness on feeling each moment. 
The choreography of everyday gestures and domestic rituals gives spirituality a very everyday, ordinary, and non-esoteric approach. In this video, the morning and evening routines of different artists 
toilet and kitchen situation
Brushing the teeth, cleaning the ears.
eating an orange, cutting a avocado, putting music on, starting to work".
