"Liveset improvised in my home studio on a modular system and a DJM800 following a list of processed kicks, sequences written on the fly or auto generated. There is some compression and smiley curve eq in post processing. 

There is one sample of an instrument called “tapan”, a big traditional percussion used in the southern Balkans, played and recorded by a friend called Pol. Some looped background textures in the end are from a friend and super talented hardcore producer called Densha Crisis.""

Marlen is a long time multi-instrument and multi-disciplinary live performer. He has been effortlessly crossing genre boundaries with many electronic music projects for the past 15 years: from experimental noise to dubstep, techno, trap, breakcore.. you name it. He also brings his passion for live performances into the theatre projects he is part of. His main focusses nowadays are leaning towards modular synths and then performing mental breaky techno blended with some amen breaks, industrial noise or gabber elements.
