BORN IN MÁLAGA, HIS LOVE FOR THE ELECTRONIC SCENE CAME QUITE EARLY, INTHE MANY BREAKBEAT EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE IN MÁLAGA DURING THE
2000’S.

HIS EARLY YEARS IN ELECTRONIC MUSIC WERE INFLUENCED BY ARTISTS OF
THE LIKES OF FREQ NASTY, AUTOBOTS, RENNIE PIGLEM OR PRODIGY. OUTSIDE
THE ELECTRONIC SCENE, GENRES LIKE REGGAE, AND ARTISTS SUCH AS
ALBOROSIE OR ALPHA BLONDY WERE ALSO BIG INFLUENCES AT THE TIME.
HIS FIRST ACTIVE ROLE IN ELECTRONIC MUSIC DATES BACK TO 2009, WHEN
HE EMBARKED ON A PROJECT BY THE NAME OF PALANKA WARRIORS. BORN
AS A DRUM AND BASS COLLECTIVE, PALANKA WARRIORS ALSO PROMOTED A
FREE RAVE MOVEMENT IN ANDALUCIA.

LATER, HE MOVED UP NORTH TO BARCELONA FOR DAYTIME - WORK RELATEDREASONS. 

IT WAS THERE WHERE HE STARTED HIS JOURNEY INTO THE WORLD OFTECHNO. 
ENCOURAGED AND INSPIRED BY BARCELONA'S NIGHTLIFE AND THE
CITY’S ARTISTS, ESPECIALLY BY HIS FRIEND MARIO PICOSSO.
HE BECOME PART OF STRUCTURED RECORDS AND DURING 7 YEARS WAS
DEVELOPING AND DEFINING HIS NICHE IN ELECTRONIC MUSIC.

ACTUALLY HE IS BASED IN AMSTERDAM AND UNDER THE ALIAS'’GAZTAMBIDE’’ MAKES HONOR TO THE CONNECTION WITH HIS GREATGRANDFATHER, THE BIG COMPOSITOR OF CLASSICAL MUSIC ‘’JOAQUINGAZTAMBIDE’’ STARTING TO BECOME PRODUCER AND LIVE ACT PERFORMER.

Born and raised in Amsterdam with Moroccan roots.

Marco Aurelio takes you on an immersive journey through pulsating rhythms and dynamic soundscapes. 

His sets are dynamic and contain energy shifts, sometimes deep. Still, he stays consistently uptempo, driving the energy forward as hypnotic loops weave through the mix, creating a trance-like atmosphere. 

Expect layered sounds where he plays trippy and atmospheric set that pulls the audience to a deeper into a kaleidoscopic sonic experience. Tribal percussion elements add an organic, primal intensity, grounding the ethereal sound in raw, rhythmic power. 

Throughout the set, energy shifts keep the crowd on their toes, building tension and releasing it in waves, delivering an electrifying, mind-bending ride from start to finish.
