Uisce Éireann in partnership with Fingal County Council is progressing the Ballycoolin Trunk Watermain Project to safeguard the water supply to homes and businesses across North Dublin. The €28m investment involves the construction of a new strategic trunk watermain between Ballycoolin Reservoir and Swords that has the capacity to transfer more than 90 million litres of water per day, to safeguard the water supply to homes, businesses, hospitals and farms in North Dublin and the wider Greater Dublin Area (GDA).
