IRON BONEHEAD PRODUCTIONS is proud to present a special split 7" between two of black metal's most prolifically yet consistently powerful bands, Australia's ILL OMEN and Chile's SLAUGHTBBATH. Aptly titled Pestilential Hierophanies, the record features an exclusive song from both bands and jaw-dropping foldout artwork courtesy of Nekronikon. ILL OMEN are on Side A, and in "Whited, Pestilent Sepulchre..." deliver a slow-burn monolith of magisterial might, exploding into dizzying, delirium-inducing frenzy by song's end. On Side B, SLAUGHTBBATH deliver one of their most epic and dynamic tracks yet with "Inverted Hierophany," rolling forward with a tense 'n' dense stomp before likewise exploding into bestial savagery. Although seemingly a tease from two bands who rarely put out full-lengths in relation to the rest of their respectively vast discographies, Pestilential Hierophanies is an indispensable expansion into the equally nightmarish worlds both SLAUGHTBBATH and ILL OMEN inhabit.

Carnal Ghoul, the new band from guitarist Daniel Jakobi (ex. Lay Down Rotten and Milking the Goatmachine) and drummer Stefan Hüskens aka Tormentor of Desaster ( Metalucifer, Decayed etc.) was formed with a mutual interest in Swedish old school style death metal. The music pays homage to the likes of Dismember, Grave Edge of Sanity and Entombed and contains a little influence from the old school from England, Benediction and Bolt Thrower.Their first EP,"The Grotesque Vault," will be released in early 2013 as MCD (Remission Records),7" (High Roller Records) and a limited Tape (The Coffin Filth Records).
It was recorded,mixed and mastered in February 2013 in the holy halls of Desert Inn Studios in Sinn-Edingen (GER) with the help of Thilo Krieger.

TERRATUR POSSESSIONS is proud to announce the monstrous debut full-length album of Icelandic Black Metal band SINMARA, to be released xx.xx.xx on CD and DLP.
The album was recorded, mixed and mastered over a period of 2 years by Stephen Lockhart at Studio Emissary, resulting in a world class production, and features stunning artwork and layout from Alexander L. Brown.

SINMARA was previously known under the name of Chao, having released under that name the demo cassette Spiritus Sankti also on TERRATUR POSSESSIONS. The change in name sees the band develop upon their foundations of chaotic agression contrasted with haunting melodies, bringing forth a newfound maturity and focus of composition, masterful musicianship and a zealous intensity of execution. Along with the change in name there has also been a change in line-up, and the band now features members of Wormlust, Rebirth of Nefast and Svartidauði.

Aphotic Womb takes the listener on a descent into a writhing underworld of diverse soundscapes and themes, from the harmonic chaos and orchestrated madness of “Verminous”, to the mournful elegy of the title track, and culminating in the eschatological epic “Mountains of Quivering Bones”.
